Used to be a good Asian supermarket. But they are now not competitive to others. There are other supermarkets offer better customer service and better fresh produce with good pricing.
Sometime ago they started cutting manpower that you have to bag your own groceries. The Anaheim branch even running with no air conditioning for months! They will give you hard time if you ever want to return bad rotten products bought from them.

I’ve been to a Ranch Market before many times in Van Nuys and had great experiences. This Ranch Market on Euclid in Anaheim, has the worst, rudest cashiers. I bought a few small bottles of green tea and was charged over $25.00. I will not return to this location due to them overcharging me. I can get the Ito En Green Tea @ Costco for a much better price.

Love going here to get all my necessities for Asian food they always have what I need and never have had an issue here. Super nice and friendly staff and you can also buy fresh fish here as well. They always have good deals.
But the only problem now took so long when you do the self check out it’s NOT for faster and easier use. I think they still need to put staff who will assists customers for self check out honestly speaking I get disappointed approximately 12-minutes at self check out scanning the items One by one even same multiple items like noodles , condiments etc.

Came to shop at this place and had a very bad experience with a very low unprofessional cashier by the name of Yesica she treats customers like trash she this not care about her job place or position as a cashier she supposedly be helping customers to do their self check out but she this the opposite she treats customers like trash these type of people should not be working on this type of Job a helping costumers left very disappointing from this place.
