My company's Ford Transit was rear-ended and the owner of this shop fixed the damages in a very short time -- I did not need to rent a vehicle, which saved me a lot of trouble and time. They were very proactive in handling insurance-related issues, which again, saved me a lot of headaches.

I've used Autofix several times personally and this is where my family takes our vehicle when an issue is too complicated for us. Marlowe (owner) and his team did an engine swap for me last year and car has been running for a year now without a single issue. I've brought my car in several other times for diagnostics where he led me to the issue and I was able to fix myself. Most recently where low amperage caused power steering failure. He diagnosed for me in 15 minutes and I was able to have my car running later that day.It can't be understated how good this business is, Autofix is the goto!Services: Electrical repair

I'm so happy to support locally own businesses Autofix was above my expectations I've driven by in the past, and they are always busy. As a 1st time customer, I went in on a friday just afternoon without an appt. I found 3 employees, one being the owner in the office, apparently on a lunch break (later to find out they were waiting on part for another customer. My car needed a roof rack & cross bars installed. I had all the parts but not the tools or know how to do myself. Marlowe (the owner) took a look @ my car & parts. Gave me an estimate of $70. Then him & another of his employee worked on my car for an hour while waiting I noticed his rates are $140 an hour. After the job was done, a was presented w/ a bill of only $70! I gave him $100, and will be a returning customer!

The guy who works here named Chris put the wrong voltage alternator in my moms Acura and when she had it towed to the Acura dealership and they told her what he did wrong, she tried calling him and he didn't answer. What a coward!!!!! My mom was stranded on the side of the road after her car broke down. This guy charged my mom $450 and now she can never get that $ back. Thanks a lot for not answering your phone Chris!!! What a stand up guy. Everyone save your $ and just go the dealership.
