“There is a banner stating new management. I have no experience with the prior owners. I've been going here several months and have been happy enough to purchase a package deal.They are efficient and do a pretty good job. I've been to several car washes around Pasadena over the years but these guys are my new go-to for the automatic wash with an attendant giving the car a once-over at the end. I haven't found anywhere else to do a better job.I have a white Husky and a black cloth interior so there always will be residual dog hair. But they do a decent job on the interior otherwise. They always get the tires and wheels looking very clean. I haven't tried any of their higher level services yet. I tend to get a full detail annually (elsewhere) and use the automatic washes like these every couple of weeks.If you are very picky or your car is very dirty, then I would recommend a full detail as the auto wash is really just hitting the highlights. But they are the best in the Pasadena / Alhambra area for this level / price point.”

“Good experience with the business which was also my first time using a mobile car detailer. They arrived on time and did a quality ceramic coating job for my Q7. Importantly, the majority of their time was spent on preparing the paint surface for the ceramic coating. They used Gtechniq crystal serum which is a quality product. This resulted in a very smooth and noticeably higher paint gloss due to the increased light reflectivity of the paint surface. I found the cost of the service to be reasonable too.”
“This past week we utilized Monterey Park Auto Collision to replace our front bumper after a driveway parking mishap, which resulted in it becoming partially detached. The staff was professional, courteous and honest, the costs were competitive and reasonable, and the repair was completed ahead of schedule! We received a high quality repair of the front bumper to factory-new condition. Even though we deferred replacing the rear bumper on this visit, we were pleasantly surprised upon pickup that the body repairers nevertheless made minor touch-ups in order to make the rear of the car more cosmetically presentable. Going to extra mile like this, on top of being an honest and reputable shop, really made an impression on us. He also gave me a very helpful polishing class since im a beginner and have never polished befored walked me through every step from how to apply the compound to how to properly hold the torqx and polish a vehicle.”
“Even though my experience was not that great, im not going to rate you 1 star just because of that,im sure you take good care of your customers BUT that wasnt the case for me. No need to get into all the details but next time please inform your customers before hand if you have the proper tools to do the job. I wasted 4 hrs of work one day to take my car to your shop,just for you to tell me that your vendor never came thru with the transmission fluid, we re-scheduled for saturday just so yall can tell me that you dont have the proper equipment to do that job. All i ask is for yall to be considerate of customers time and to inform them before they cancel plans and work half day just to accomodate your schedule.”

“I've got a 2019 Chevy Colorado I used to wash and wax myself fairly regularly but for reasons it's probably been well over a year if not two since it had a good cleaning so it was pretty darn dirty. Steve quoted me $250 to give it a complete exterior detail and a basic interior detail. When I picked it up it looked like fresh off the showroom floor. It ended up taking him longer than he originally estimated as there was some pretty embedded grime on it. I told him I'd be fine with paying a bit more for the extra trouble but he said he'd quoted $250 and that's what he'd take.Great job, good value, highly recommend.Services: Full body wash”
