“I'm an Orange County resident, but ran across this company at a street a large street fair in Tucson, AZ. Here were all this well crafted and beautifully designed tables that I thought would look great in our newly landscaped yard. I contacted the representative (Patty) at the fair and after a brief and friendly conversation found out that their office and showroom was just a fifteen minute drive from home in OC. A few months later we stopped into the local showroom in Capistrano. We spoke to Moss who assisted us in making slight modifications on colors to an already existing design. We were told that due to demand it would take about 12-14 weeks to delive. Well, right at 13 weeks we were contacted and the table was delivered and turned out absolutely beautifully. Zach was the delivery driver. He was on time for his appointment, polite and did a top notch installation job with care. Their main focus was sofas however had a catalog to review and could choose our own colors of wood. Fonda and her associate were very accommodating looking up prices which were reasonable for solid wood furniture. They have a holiday offer until Dec 4th which they are waiving taxes.”

It was important for us to get a high quality couch that was made in USA and after visiting several stores (with either mediocre or laughably expensive couches) we found what we were looking for here. We picked the size, fabrics and filling to fit the room perfectly. The materials are very high quality. Their turn around time is super fast. We went in twice, first spoke with Gamal and then with Dan and both times customer service was awesome. Will update the post when we receive our couch, but in the meantime I want to get the word out that you don't have to settle for a cheap imported couch. For a great price you can get something soooo much better in quality and made in USA at Furniture Factory.”
