I’m always a little reluctant to order flowers from a florist I haven’t dealt with before but didn’t have a choice this time as I live overseas and wanted to send sympathy flowers to the local area. I was sadly disappointed. I ordered the arrangement in the first photo in premium (highest/largest category), however the recipient received the arrangement in the second photo. I suspect this florist is one you should deal with in person to ensure you actually get what you pay for.

I received a giant bouquet of mixed flowers for my birthday that were purchased at Aliso Viejo Florist. It was certainly a very large vase of flowers but definitely not the freshest, most beautiful arrangement or selection of flowers. The flowers did not come with the freshing packet that most florists deliver with their floral arrangements. After only a few days, despite changing the water every day, many of the flowers and other parts of the arrangement started to wilt and die. To make an unfortunate review, not painfully long, after the 4th or 5th day, I called Aliso Viejo Flowers. The response I got was defensive and not at all sorry that after less than 5 days, a $160 bouquet of flowers such a disappointment. The women agreed to refund 50% of the price of the bouquet but again, failed to deliver and refunded only 10% or a mere $16. Very disappointing and would NOT recommend this florist based on very poor quality flowers and terrible service.

Needed a florist in AV that could deliver same day and this flower shop did just that. A search on Yelp and I ended up giving them a try. I ordered through their website. It was easy to navigate and prices were presented without hidden fees. I ordered an arrangement and received a call almost immediately from business to tell me that they'll try their best to match the picture, but some flowers online aren't currently in season. I was totally fine with that. As long as it looked full and nice quality, I'm willing to pay the price for the flowers. I also added on a small teddy bear. Needless to say, the recipient was happy and felt loved. That was all I wanted for them, so thank you so much for the care and consideration with the flower arrangement.

They were very friendly and professional. With less than 24 hours notice, Angela and her team were able to create a beautiful flower display for a funeral. My family and I loved the flowers. Thank you for working with me in such short notice.
