I went to open an account and the staff welcomed me enthusiasticlly. First, I was welcomed by Denny, He is very polite and courteous and then i was transitioned to Gloria, she is very nice and calm. Asked her about good options and other questions and she answered with the best of her abilities. I felt the the process was not rushed and then it went very smooth. I was also taught how to navigate through the mobile app and her instructions was very clear. Definetly will come back to this location.

Do not come here. They will not assist you. Instead will say they'll make an appointment for you despite waiting til they closed. LOL..should've just said that you'll be closing soon instead of just letting me wait to be assisted??? Other branches have helped me even when arriving 5 minutes before closing. Not like the door was locked already??? Then I wouldn't be sitting and waiting to be helped??? The workers just walk by and act like if someone is already helping customers... Worst branch experience ever. Needless to say..will never be coming back here.

I'm already annoyed that they send a customer with lots of business work to random callers across the country. WTF. NOW Betty says she can't help. We had an appointment. She said she called. But did but she leave a voicemail? No. Nothing. Edfig stupid. As my kid says. I called back her number too. She didn't answer either. So Betty is the best employee there after the lockdown? Pretty freaking sad. Do not get anything notarized here. She's an a hall.

Went in to make a business deposit and the teller seemed to be in a bad mood. I remained polite but it's very unprofessional to give me the side eye and start discussing my business with your coworker in another language as you're processing my deposit. Also wouldn't make change with my Deposit. Over all, just unprofessional.

Very rude managers, short male Asian and male Asian with a stud earring. He is telling me that business account clients will be served first and personal account after or last. Didn't have tellers working last week and still don't have any today, the week after.I have been banking with Bank of America since 2004, this is the worse. If they can not serve their customers, might as well close it
