Had an incident with my car due to driving through a flooded area. I pulled in without an appointment but was greeted warmly and served tea!! I can’t tell you how much that meant to me with stress of not knowing what was happening with my car. They were quick, kind and professional. I had a terrible experience, they were recommended by some friends, I've been there last Friday, and I went there with my motorcycle once that my car is broken and that is the reason I was there. However, I had no chance to talk, there were two mechanics, and they start to yelling NO MOTORCYCLE, and I said, I have a question, sir, but they didn't allow saying the reason I was there, after that i left right the way. I definitely do not recommend them for anybody because no one deserves to be treated like that in a business.

I don’t like dealing with mechanics at all, no one does really. But with the owner at auto plus I never feel like I’m being ripped off. They are quick and price is always good. The owner is a super nice guy and is always laughing and really patient. He shows you what’s wrong even after he takes out the part so you know he didn’t just make up a bunch of things to make you pay more. I’m in the car business, and on this side of the bay I recommend anyone to go here.

The guys at Super Auto Repair are so helpful, friendly and best of all, honest. I've been in a few times for issues that they totally could have gotten me to pay through the nose to fix, and each time, the diagnosed the problem for free and fixed it for much less than I expected. Once, they actually fixed a fuel line problem free of charge. While the guy was checking everything out, he saw it was a really quick and easy fix, so he just did it and told me not to worry about it. Every other auto repair shop I've been to over the years has come back with dire descriptions of multiple parts that needed to be replaced, or charged high fees just to diagnose the issue. At Super Auto, they treat you like a friend and neighbor rather than a s***** to be taken advantage of.

These two are the best. Incredibly sincere and professional. I had a problem after getting a flat tire repaired and they were able to rapidly assess and fix the issue.

Super Auto is top-notch on the scale of 10 I will give him a 8.5 to a ninedo the work quick to let you know before they make a chargesheet on you they don't try to rob you MS 10 and deep sink. Are the best. Those guys fix all.

Same thing happened to me and my kids today...we were across the street and my son hears: go back to China from the employee with a red hat. Go to another auto body shop!

As my friend was walking by, one of the people there who seemed to be an employee yelled, "GO BACK TO CHINA" I didn't expect something like this to happen in Albany. Do what you want with this information.
