Just had a great experience here! Nice hidden gem of a Labcorp. I've been here a couple of times, and came here for 2 hour long GD test. The front desk to the phlebotomist were fantastic and had me in and out of there as quickly as a 2 hour test can be. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

This location is my favorite, staff is very welcoming and helpful. I was in and out within a couple minutes but it can be busy from time to time.

Had a horrible experience start to finish here. Most importantly, my lab work was "lost" on its way out of here, so I have to retake the blood work and will certainly go somewhere else. But I had issues from the beginning, where I waited a long with two other patients in their lobby for 20 minutes with no one at reception. You could hear them gossipping in the back room about personal things and no patients came in or out. It was only when the phone rang they walked to the front and looked at the sign in sheet, then saw us.So if you brave this location, get calling their phone to get their attention and pray they don't lose your lab work.

This company is the worst. after two weeks, there is no result for my tests, a customer service said they found it but cannot give it to me, another one said there is no result, and the location said they have the log of me giving blood. probably this company manage by vampires who eat bloods instead of testing them. Just find another lab, they will go out of business soon with this business model.

Kat is by far the best, kindest, caring phlebotomist ever. The office is run well and I got in and out quickly.

The employees were outstanding - the best, my rating of 1 is on the business practices. The employees were efficient, courteous and caring but the business practice needs to follow the law. I was checking in frequently on results and they were uploaded to my doctor only. Like many people I am paying a lot for medical insurance and expect lab results, that I am paying for, to be sent to me when available and in accordance with the law - The 21st Century Cures Act (hereafter the Cures Act) mandates the immediate electronic release of all test results, medication lists, and clinical notes to patients without delay unless a rare allowable exception exists.Oct 18, 2021. They included a note saying your doctor can access your results but you can't. Why?

Just had a very rude experience at this location. I followed all directions for checkin, and after waiting ~40 minutes past my appointment time with no text I decided to walk in, not wanting to miss my chance since it was approaching time for the clinic to close for lunch. It turned out to be a technology issue on their end that they didn't receive my checkin, but it was clear that none of the techs wanted to deal with me so close to their lunch break, so they treated me like an intrusion and rushed my appointment. The lab tech who drew my blood was really unpleasant. When I told her about my phobia and asked for a smaller needle, she said "I want to go on my lunch, so you'll have to be brave" and used the big needle anyway. I've never gotten pushback asking for my phobia to be accommodated so I was shocked enough to let her do it, but I wish I'd walked out right then and found a different lab. I wouldn't recommend this lab to anyone.

After they messed up my lab order two times, I have decided not to go back to this location. It is really annoying to go get poked with a needle, and then they only do a partial lab order so I have to go back and do it again. Every time this happened I asked, if this was it and they very confidently reply that it is. Also, the staff is less than pleasant and the bathroom is filthy. Every time I did the urine sample, they would say to leave it on the table inside the bathroom. Each time I went, both baskets were full of samples. Gross!!! Also, not very safe to have everyone's urine just hanging out on a table inside a bathroom.

Had blood drawn this morning. OMG what outstanding professionals. My appointment was at 10:00AM but I was fasting, knew I could go earlier and just wait.

Make an appointment if you are having fasting lab work! This place is very busy. Staff is very kind. Kelloh did an amazing draw.

Jessica was so incredibly rude and unhelpful today. I asked a basic question about a specific bit of info she volunteered, and when she said she didn’t know anything about it, I said, well you knew enough to say that very specific thing, and she went HAM and started complaining about me to a coworker right in front of me. I called her on it and she went in even harder. Incredible.

Had a horribly rude experience last week. The young lady could not find my papers (which were faxed ) after arguing with me rudely, she finally did find them. But instead of apologizing, or at least toning down her attitude, she continued to be surly. Yet, at the same time, another tech in the same place was all sweetness. One does not want to face rudeness so early in the morning on an empty stomach while feeling sick. The experience awful enough that I will avoid the Alamo location. (Lab needs to post the name of the lab site manager, if a customer has an issue.)
