The owner, Geoff, is very patient and takes time to listen to your needs. They offer a huge amount of printing services! From business checks and brochures to promo items with your company's/small business' logo on them, glassware and water bottles, t-shirts and food packaging boxes and stickers, presentation folders...You name it...I'm pretty sure Geoff can figure it out for you. ? He has been with Big City since 1998! And purchased the business earlier this year, from the owner (his business mentor) upon her retirement. I LOVE that you can visit the office to view samples of a lot of the jobs they've done, so you can get a visual idea of how something may turn out before ordering. ??? Great communication and products!

I am a small business owner and I needed some new business forms and cards printed out so I got referred from another business owner to Big City Prints. I called and Karen answed the phone and was very helpful. She invited me down to the store to meet with her so I drove over. Karen was so nice and helpful with my requests and showed me exactly what I was looking for. My expectations are very high and super custom so we exchanged emails a few times to zero in on the product I specifically needed. I also delt with Geoff via email and i felt very good having two different professionals from Big City Prints helping me. I went with super high quality 2sided business cards that are gold foil, thick and feel like there coated with sued. I couldn't be happier all because this business is all about making what YOU want!!!! So whatever your budget is give Big City Prints a call. But if it's for your own business dont cheat yourself, wait the extra few days, spend a little more money and get the super high quality cards. I will tell you there well worth it. You'd have to travel far and wide to find someone like Karen Bondreaux. Big City's website says Karen will go to any lengths to make her customers happy and this is TRUE. She researches deeply and provides choices with the various pro's and con's. Very responsible and responsive. Can't say more! Rave review.
