CUSTOMER BEWARE OF THE manager Stefanie at this store, who, literally took us to the cleaners!!! She blatantly lied about a "special" they were having on cyber Monday and pushed a bunch of accessories totaling into the hundreds on us! She kept saying that they were "free" and we ended up with a quadruple phone bill, a bunch of accessories that she put on my bill, changed my account, which I requested she did not touch. Instead, her deceptive and fraudulent behavior resulted in hours of me having to spend straightening out and having to find the regional managers to undo her lies!!! In my eight years of being a happy customer at T-Mobile I never imagined that this type of fraudster existed at T-Mobile! She single handedly totally ruined the reputation of T-Mobile!

I walked in this store this New Years Eve, hoping to upgrade my device -- from the iPhone 11. The three younger employees working that evening had no interest in genuine customer service. Instead, they told me to "go online" to figure out if my account was eligible for an upgrade or not. Before all of this, one of them even thanked me for being a T-Mobile user for 12+ years, yet still, no one had interest in helping. It seemed as though all three of them were more interested in the NYE parties they were attending to after their shifts.So I walked out...... And went next door to AT&T where a KNOWLEDGEABLE and willing employee spent hours with me without complaining, looking at his watch, or having an attitude. He signed me up for a great plan with AT&T and a new device, was honest the entire time about their different plans and discounts I was eligible for, and went far out of his way to figure out a number porting issue from T-Mobile to AT&T. This was the kind of customer relationship building I was looking for, and I did not get it with this T-Mobile store. That evening, I was not expecting to switch providers after being a loyal customer for over a decade, but I'm glad I did.Happy New Year!

Drove an hour to this T-Mobile store to get an IPhone 14 Pro Max 256GB I placed on hold but when I arrived they stated they did not have the phone? How is this?I spoke over with the T-Mobile representative last night at 7:00PM before closing. He stated that he had the phone in stock but couldn't sell it last night due to it not being in inventory (strange huh?). So I asked him why couldn't he inventory it to make a sale since they are commission based. He informed me that the manager had to inventory it in the morning and to come back the following morning.I come in the following morning 10AM sharp when the store had opened. I inform the manager that I placed a phone on hold and was ready to purchase it. The manager then informs me that there was no phone placed on hold and they do not have it in stock. I explained the situation to her and it appears the phone was never there? So who was lying? She informs me she can locate one in the district but it was options that I did not want.I am very disappointed and wasted over 3 hours driving to and from the store. As well as dealing with the manager who is not aware of the situation. I will be escalating this issue to T-Mobile Corp, district manager and the Franchisee. As well as sending a certified complaint to T-Mobiles corp office.

Do not shop here. You will be cheated, lied to and chided. I am an astute very polite senior and never have I been treated with such anger and rude intimidation as being in T Mobile alone with Kevin and Julian. The two made voluminous rude cracks and Julian asked made fun of me! He told me to go to best buy 30 miles away! I was too kind and was taken advantage of. They will tell a customer all phones under $800 are out if stock, then when another employee Noah who is great, comes on his shift the requested phones are in fact all in stock. Julian sold me a phone last Friday. He would not put in a log in and once home realized it was only partially set up. The next day I went to purchase a different phone knowing T Mobile charges 75.00 for a return. I picked out the phone I wanted in the first place, wanted to buy speakers and Mobile WiFi they carry. It was 7 pm. T Mobile closes at 8 pm and Kevin and Julian REFUSED to sell me merchandise as they said they close in sn hour. I had already waited 40 minutes. I had to beg and grovel at which point Julian became sarcastic and blew up at me because he said the return and purchase makes him look bad. His face was beet red and he kept repeating this. He would not stop and I was at his mercy at that juncture as he had removed my simcard. I told him it wasn't personal, I paid the 75.00 restocking fee after having the phone for 2 days. I came in within 16 hours after purchase and told yo come back another time! The next day I returned again and the 2 guys made it hell to spend 600.00. Julian told me I had to write a nice Google review and give him all 10s on a survey which is the number for top service! Julian said he could care less if I called their Corporate office and that was his store and it won't matter. It in fact did matter to.corporate and our family is switching carriers. There are some deals out there too..Meanwhile Kevin with arms crossed glared at me for the duration arms crossed to intimidate. When I left he made a very rude remark and both guys laughed and slammed the door as I went to my car. Never again. I got a great deal and goodbye T Mobile.

Awesome!! We had a very pleasant experience visiting T-Mobile Kanan Road during our recent applying mobile service. Many thanks to our Service Advisor Julian who was super organized, extremely professional, and always explained clearly & patiently to our every single question! Also Stephanie Manager was very friendly and helpful! They’re the best! Definitely will go back if any other needs.Would highly recommend Julian and Stephanie and their team (including other two gentleman) ,as they made the whole applying process super smooth and pleasant!!!

Walked in to T Mobile and Noah, my sales agent, immediately greeted us with a big smile and which he did the same to all that walked in later. I went in to purchase 2 cell phones and 2 lines. I had lots of questions to ask. Noah listened attentively and addressed all my concerns one by one. He offered several options in getting the best rate and if he was not sure, he consulted with his colleagues. I appreciated him checking with them making sure I was getting the right information. I felt like I was in good hands and that I could trust him. It took a while to process the sale because he had to call main office to get clearance in some issues. I felt bad for Noah because it was past his lunch break but he kept at it, did not stop until everything was completed. He took the time explaining everything in detail and even wrote it down for me to remember. He was organized through out the whole process. I truly felt Noah was looking out for our best interest. I found him to be professional, smart, patient, understanding, accommodating and friendly. His colleagues where equally helpful and I witnessed how they helped one another, a good teamwork. I will definitely recommend Noah and his team (T-Mobile in Agoura Hills) to my family and friends. I received excellent service. I walked out of there a satisfied and happy customer. Noah also called the following day to remind me to call 611 for authorization. He provided a contact number for me to call anytime if I have any further questions. What a great sales agent!!!

If I could give this store zero stars I would..... I walked into the store to get an iPhone and Steven decided to add multiple fees onto my bill without discussing it. Once I came to the realization the store rep lied to my face about having my plan switched, adding protection, and being charge more for accessories, they denied helping me after they messed up. The store manager Stephanie, helped me with absolutely nothing. She referred me to call guest service, even though guest service told me to come into the store. She refused to take back the accessories they over charged me for and did not care after I expressed to her I was not satisfied with their terrible service. The manager and employees here are just money hungry and do not care for the guests at all. This store needs to be shut down or get a new manager and store employees. Will not ever be returning to this horrible store location.

Upgraded my phone and Julian helped me. He was very patient, knowledgeable and made everything very easy. Would recommend him and the store on Kanan.
