“I needed my iPhone repaired as it wasn't charging. I took it in to CPR CELL PHONE REPAIRS THOUSAND OAKS. I was greeted by Christian at the front desk. He greeted me and asked how he could help. I explained the situation and he said that it could be two things. He took the phone into the repair area and gave it to ALEX THE MAGNIFICENT. My phone was returned to me in such a short time, I was extremely surprised and filled with gratitude! I must say that I have never been treated so professionally and I have never felt more comfortable. These two gentlemen, Christian and Alex made me feel like family. I will always use this shop for ANY need for my iPhone, always! And to reassure everyone that not only are they so friendly and consumer receptive, but also so tech savvy, servicing the LATEST models of cell phones and even the BLACKBERRY, which to me is REMARKABLE !Hesitate not when you need repairs, additional upgrades like cases, advice, etc! “This place is really great! I dropped off my wife's iPhone to get the cracked screen fixed. They did a great job and the turnaround was only 1hr. So awesome highly recommended! Cheaper than all the other places I have been to get my cracked screens fixed. Was only $85 for screen replacement on an iPhone 6s. Check them out if you have a cracked screen you will be glad you did! They also have tempered glass screen protectors phone cases and some pretty cool headphones in there all for really reasonable prices. UPDATE a few months after getting my screen repaired it turned out that the screen was faulty but not a problem because Victor gives a lifetime warranty on his work and just replaced the screen again for free. What a great business I can't stress enough how awesome this place is. You need to go here for sure if your phone is cracked. They will set you up!”

“So, I hated this store before we met Maleik, such a wonderful person, great customer service. Verizon needs more employees like him working in every store. Before becoming a good customer service person, you need to be a good human being, and that's what Maleik is. He gets us, he knows what we are going through, he gives us exactly what we need, he answers all our questions, and most of all he's very patient. Please keep him at this store, forever in your company. Unlike all the horrible customer service and racism we have experienced, he's the only good thing that happened. Thank you, Maleik, keep up the good work and the great person you are, not many people exist like you.Update:So, I wanted to make a few corrections because I do not want anyone to be misinformed or offended . I understand that the word RACISM is a very harsh word and should be used only in extreme situations, however I did experience racism during the process of trying to sign up with Verizon. I had to go back and forth to about 5 different Verizon stores to get the job done and the reason why I said I hated this store is mainly because of that, being the local Verizon store, they couldn’t get us signed up, and our questions weren’t answered properly, we were more confused than we were enlightened, we had to go to the best buy in Simi Valley to get it done and compared to the rest of the employees that helped us, Maleik is very knowledgeable in his work and that's the the reason why we wanted to share our experience. Anyways, I did not want to mention any person or store in particular when it comes to the racism part.Please remember, every race has racists, not just white. There are good and bad people in every race and I have nothing against any race in particular. There are two types of racism, direct and indirect, just for the clarification.”

“Had the pleasure to be helped by Hugo today at the AT&T on Kanan Rd. in Agoura Hills. Hugo went above and beyond to provide the best customer care experience for me and my family. We went in for trade ins and data transfers and Hugo was extremely knowledgeable about everything and offered the best customer support.While waiting I witnessed him interact with an angry customer and Hugo handled himself outstandingly, he kept his cool and diffused the situation, made calls to support that angry lady and did his best to accommodate her absurd demands. I was impressed by his kindness and patience.I would 100% recommend this store!”

“When my wife and I walked in late Sunday afternoon, the store was empty. Charles, the service representative gave us his full attention as we were exploring options for five new phones for our family. He was very patient and explained every detail for plans, phones, and options to meet each one of our family member’s needs. But as other customers came into the store and waited for assistance, my wife and I felt a little responsible for their having to wait. As we were in no hurry for anything, we decided to leave and come back in a little while, and let him service the other waiting customers. A short time later, he texted me to let me know it was a good time to come back, which I did, but unaware that it was already passed the store’s closing time. He did not even explain that to me, but awaited my arrival, provided me with thorough and exceptional service, and I left a very happy new Verizon customer!”

I was able to upgrade my phone in a timely manner and the employees were able to explain everything to me thoroughly.The store was desolate and looked like someone had just robbed the place. There were no phones on display and the workers kept talking about theft. It made me feel uneasy. There was one wobbly chair in the whole store. It felt like they don't want customers there.”
“I kept being charged $10 for going over my data allowance. I went in to the AT&T store on Sycamore. Dee was very helpful and called the main office and they were able to get me on the unlimited plan. She was very helpful, I definitely would recommend her to anyone. They even refunded me the charges for going over the data plan.”
“Christian got 3 new lines activated for me. I told him I only had 45 minutes, he said he could do it in that amount of time. He was done in 40. Everything worked exactly as he said. I had a great experience and T mobile is saving me money over Verizon and seems to work just as well.”
“I would suggest making an appointment in advance. There is a bit of a wait for just walking into the Verizon Store. But, otherwise it was a great experience and they were very helpful. One of the main business account managers gave me his cell phone. Every time I called him he answered. Customer service was 5 stars. The wait time is way I gave 4 stars.”
