Dropped some stuff that we no longer needed. They were very nice and helpful.

I never leave reviews, but I was honestly shook at these worker's attitudes. They were acting like I was here to collect their first born child or something when I was dropping off donations.

Wonderful little shop. This Goodwill Boutique has a little bit of everything. Lovely vintage finds, new stuff, clothing, books, vinyl records, and furniture pieces. The staff is very nice and welcoming, and there is an obvious level of care provided by the staff that deserves recognition. Such a great shop. Great place for some quality thrifting. Enjoy! :)

Goodwill refused to take my donation. I was donating baby clothes and they would not take it. They also wouldn't take toys

Popped in in hopes of finding deals. I've been to thrifts where they are pricey but this is ridiculous. As you can see in the picture, they are asking $6 for a plain white Gildan shirt. New these are about $3 each. Their record collection and books are all $5 each. Not sure who they serve but Everything here was way over priced.

This Goodwill store thinks it's an expensive boutique. There were Old Navy tops selling for more than Old Navy sells them for. I was in there for 10 minutes and the employees were nowhere to be seen. How about some fair prices guys? You're priced out of the thrift store ballpark!

I've been turned away twice now for suspect reasons. I've tried donating brand new kids clothing, unopened toys, assorted household goods and yes, some animated Halloween decorations in excellent condition. Both times I've been told "they are not taking those". Does anyone know where these sorts of items can be donated?

I called ahead to see if they had the item I was looking for, and the nice lady said they had only one and told me the price. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

It's a great place to drop off different donations. Honestly I haven't really shopped there so I can't that. But for the most part they've always been very willing to help when it comes to donations occasionally they've been booked up or just hope so for that they can't take anymore. But that's not really their fault and I need to be patient and understanding. So it's nice to have them around and know that they help other individuals that need help so thank you for being here in our neighborhood and I appreciate you.

Super disappointed with my first (attempted) visit here, considering it was normal business hours and yet the doors were locked with no one around. I arrived around 2 pm on a Wednesday and while the lights were on inside, the doors were locked. I tried calling several times to see what was going on, if they were closed for some special reason... no one picked up. Considering I drove 20 min each way to get to this location, I'm highly annoyed.

I've dropped off items for donation and electronic recycling many times and have encountered kind, helpful people. Also we've had many shopping days and bought many books here!

Used to be a really great little bookstore. Now it’s some sort of clothing boutique with a couple shelves of books arranged by color. Goodbye. Good luck. Bad idea.

Lady there is an Anti-Vaxxer who wants everyone to DIE! She'll be nice to you if you go in for that essential oil BS as a panacea.

Normally this is my go to location for Goodwill Southern California but the experience I had there today is going to make me rethink ever visiting that location if Ryan is working there. He seems to have a personal issue with me. I was shopping for several hours in the store and looked through basically Everything as I always do. I didn't find much today which is unusual but as I was about to leave Marlene came out with a small watch on a chain and a small amount of costume jewelry. I like cheap jewelry and it was my colors black and gold. So I took them to the counter and looked for damages, to see if the clasps worked etc. I asked the young man at the counter if I could have some baggies so they would not get tangled as I had just had hand surgery and had stitches in my palm. He went to the back and got me six baggies, I needed four more and asked Ryan if he would get me four more baggies. He said to me "Why are we giving YOU baggies?" I mentioned so they wouldn't get tangled - he said they didn't have that many and I said I would be happy to go to Von's next door and buy the store a box of them. He then said he didn't know why I was getting special favors we don't sell jewelry. I didn't know what he was talking about. He then went on to say that the store sends out the jewelry to sell on ECommerce. I could understand that if it was actual jewelry that had value but this was costume junk jewelry as it is known in "the trade". It was not signed pieces like Haskell or Coventry. I can assure you for all the purchases I make at this store not once has Diane or Marlene done anything that was a favor. What they have done is shown me the utmost respect and courtesy that every customer deserves. Ryan today was extremely unprofessional raising his voice and lecturing me about policy of the store about selling jewelry which I know nothing about. I asked him several times to lower his voice I felt uncomfortable and I also thought he acted like big man on campus belittling a senior citizen. I was embarrassed for his work mates who had to apologize for him. I was really surprised that he did not talk to me in a lowered voice but one that the entire store and other customers could hear, I told Ryan he lost a good customer this day and I actually believe he was pleased with himself,
