“Wonderful shoppe full of what you'd expect as well as a few surprizes and Amazing Customer Service. Recently went in for some supplies for a last minute afternoon tea party and picked up so many wonderful things, sweets, clotted cream, lemon curd, themed tea towels etc... I had such a great experience I wrote in to Tea Time magazine ( whose seasonal theme and recipes in May 2023 issue inspired my tea party) and gave Hare & Hounds a shout-out. And it was published! Hare & Hounds is mentioned on Page 9 of Sept/Oct 2023 TeaTime Magazine! You deserve it - keep up the good work!”
“It's a small shop but the customer service I've gotten both times I've went was above and beyond. The items are a little pricey, but the quality of the items I purchased was worth it. The staff both times were extremely helpful when I wanted to purchase an online gift card. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to support smaller businesses and get away from the giant retailers of the world.”

“Novelty store in The Oaks mall that has some cute gift items. Lots of Loungefly if you're into Disney gear. Also some Asian mech like Naruto, Sanrio and some mochi snacks by the register (reiterating *some*). Never had a problem with staff in the store, the kids (gah I feel old lol) just let me be and browse along. Cool store window shop or buy a knick-knack or a small token. My millenial self was so happy seeing the likes of Rugrats, Avatar the Airbender and Totoro. Yas I'm a proud nerd. (haaaiii)”
“My daughter loves speciality toys and products with an anime theme and this is her favorite store for these type of items. We visited this store the other day to look around for something new. One thing I've noticed about the store is that their inventory turns over fairly quickly and in some cases once it's gone (from the store) it never comes back. It's a specialty store...some of the items they sell can't be located anywhere else (except a sister store in some other city) so you can imagine that prices (for these items ) are all over the place.”
“I love this store especially their signature candle. I give it as a gift often because the scent is so lovely and it burns forever. They always have new merchandise there whenever I go in which is so nice- never feels stale even if it's all a similar aesthetic. They actually have some really special items for your home that you can't find elsewhere- def a great spot to buy gifts and they gift wrap very pretty too if you need!”
“Amazing ! Life savers ! I loooooooove this place and this couple ! So sweet and they do such an incredible job ! They made my girlfriends birthday during this Covid time ! I told them that I could give them an old shoe and they would make it look amazing with the way it was wrapped and presented and my girlfriend didn't even want to open up the gifts because they were so beautifully wrapped ! And not only the wrapping - The inside filling and stuffing with tissue and all kinds of things just makes it a fun and awesome gift to open even after unwrapped and I will be using these days for every occasion from now on ! Even if I just want to get a bottle of wine to bring to a friends house or any little gift -they can make it look like a million bucks ! Thank you thank you thank you so much ! “I couldn't be with my boyfriend for his birthday this year so I wanted to make his birthday special somehow still and noticed there was a E.E within 5 mins from his house. I ordered next day delivery online & he sent me a picture and the arrangement/ balloon looked exactly like the picture and he said everything was super good. The delivery guy found his apartment easily and called him when he arrived to get buzzed in. Everything was perfect! Thank you guys so much for delivering and making his day! I appreciate it .”
“I have ordered here before and always had good experiences. Today I decided to leave a review because they went above and beyond. I put in an order at 9:30am and it came by 12:45pm. When it arrived, it was not the same platter that I had originally ordered. The person delivering it told me they would call the store and fix the problem. They made the correct platter and delivered again by 2:00pm. It's rare to have a company treat you like a valued customer and actually fix a mistake. I will definitely order from them again!! Excellent customer service!”
