The bald pharmacist was extremely rude and condescending. Flat out refused my prescription discount card without even looking at it. he said "we don't take coupons". I said "I got it from the cvs app for this location". like a rude robot he said "we don't take coupons". again without looking at the card. as I was paying the lady for the overpriced meds, he walks over and stand in front of me. Again with the very monotone voice says "did you have a question?" I said "no". Then he looks at my prescription and says "This medication could cause you to commit suicide". i will never go back there again, 6 years on the same medication filled by cvs Agoura hills and I've never been treated with such disrespect. By far the most unprofessional pharmacist I've ever encountered.

I frequent this CVS often. And also the one in Malibu from time to time. One employee stands out and actually works at both locations. His name is Sam. He's a good guy. Knowledgeable and professional. Very courteous. I've had a good experience at these two stores thanks to him. And the management. Good job

I am very fortunate to have an excellent CVS in all my neighborhoods that I shop for my myriad of products. The CVS in Malibu, Agoura, Thousand Oaks, and Calabasas are excellent. The mangers are always so busy, but they stop what they are doing every time and assist you. The pharmacy bends backwards to make sure that the prescription goes home with you that day even if they have to give you three pills until the prescription is renewed. I have been shopping at CVS for 50 years since I was 20 years old. My favorite store for everything.... even combination padlocks...You have everything. Thank you.

Unprofessional pharmacy staff members! arrogant for no reason, rude and zero quality work! helpless and useless staff! However the CVS store staff are very helpful and nice. The Pharmacy needs a major re-evaluation of their employees and pharmacists! they can't even answer a simple question and get so confrontational with customers.

The new male pharmacist is combative and rude. He will not listen to what you are saying. He'd rather keep repeating his comments as if you are an idiot. I hope he doesn't stay long. Everyone else is delightful so I hope his sour personality doesn't rub off onto them. It must be a hostile work environment seeing how short he is with them. And if he does make a mistake (he overlooked my doctor did not permit generic replacement) he won't admit to it. He's an a$$.

The most incompetent pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend Kramer's around the corner because this CVS pharmacy is an absolute joke. Beyond rude customer service! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!!!!

I ALWAYS have an issue with this pharmacy. Always. seldom do things go smoothly. Today, I printed out the barcode at home to save time. The pharmacist had an issue scanning the code and went to the supervising pharmacist who said, “Sorry. You’ll have to give your name / birthdate as always.” That, of course, defeats the purpose of printing the barcode. Then… the same pharmacist had to go for help again, because she had not seen a “GoodRx / SingleCare” coupon and didn’t know how to proceed. So the supervisor has to take over. THEN… even though my prescription was already prepared (and bagged, even), the supervisor had to “reprocess” (refill) the same prescription. Ugh. I would not write this review if this wasn’t yet ANOTHER issue with this pharmacy. In the past, I’ve had to make phone calls to clear a hurdle so I can get my meds. Dear CVS, this isn’t just about “good service,” it’s about ensuring someone’s good health. Dear Manager, look at your low Yelp review and do a much needed audit on your systems and your employees.

The cashier named Natalya is rude and unfriendly, especially if you use a coupon or Extrabucks. She accused me of coupon fraud just because I used one printed from the P&G website. She is hostile and should not be interfacing with customers.

Warning: review contains sarcasm. I had the absolute "pleasure" of visiting the CVS on Kanan recently, and let me tell you, they really "outdid" themselves this time. After my doctor called in my prescription and I double-checked its availability, I made the journey to this location, excited to be inconvenienced.Upon my arrival, the staff behind the counter were so "attentive" that it took them a whole 5 minutes to even notice me. And, to make things even better, they initially informed me that my medication wasn't in stock. But wait, there's more! After some gentle prodding, they "miraculously" found it, and all I had to do was wait a delightful 30 minutes for it to be filled. In the meantime, I got to enjoy the company of the pharmacist, who had clearly undergone extensive customer service training - it truly felt like a privilege to be in her grumpy, annoyed presence. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, they never bothered to call me over the speaker system, so I took the initiative to approach the counter. To top off this amazing experience, they asked for my ID for the first time in 15 years. Although I didn't have my physical ID, I provided a photo, which they refused to accept. Talk about going the extra mile to "help" their customers!I must say, this unforgettable CVS visit has made the prospect of using Amazon RX look even more enticing every day. Can't wait for my next trip to CVS on Kanan!

I don't know why there are poor reviews. I have had nothing but the most positive experiences at their pharmacy. Everyone on their team is extremely helpful and getting my meds auto refilled is so convenient! Service is exceptional and above and beyond. Be nice to the staff, it will pay off. They do not have an easy job, having to deal with customers all day. I'm grateful for the pharmacy team at CVS.

If there was negative something they would get it. Worst pharmacy ever right down to the so call pharmacist mgr Shiva. I think they feel entitled because they are convinced there are no other options.....there has to be and only when people start moving their business elsewhere will they see it.

WORST! THE PHARMACISTS HERE ARE SO CLASSLESS! I would love to know where they got their degree from, if they even have one! One is nastier than the next! It’s always something with them, then don’t accept insurance from another state, they don’t accept GOODRX? This place is an absolute joke! They also don’t know how to pick up the phone!! Get it together! The front of the house is AMAZING!

The Minute Clinic here took 8 months to send me a bill for a covid test. I paid the bill by check. I then started getting notices that I owed them money 6 weeks after I sent the check. Every week I got a notice to pay the bill I had already paid. I called them and they said my check must have got lost in the mail, so I paid electronically. Then, they cashed the check! Total incompetent business. My third bad experience here. I will never go to CVS again.

Soft skills and basic common courtesy with customers would go a long way. I split residency between CA and AZ. I've been a long time customer of this location and I can't remember the last time I've seen an single person on the pharmacy staff smile, interact without making it feel like you are burdening them, rushed and annoyed, and just overall unpleasant to interact with. To be honest, I only come back because of location and ease for me so I tolerate the lack of professionalism and the systemic lack of basic professionalism. The Lake Pleasant, Peoria AZ CVS couldn't be more opposite - friendly (greet you with a smile), answer the phone, eager to please the customer, pleasant to interact with from the Pharmacist to the every one of the techs- they are top notch and could teach this store a few things about customer experience.
