I have 4 bank accounts since 2008 in Agoura Hills brunch, on that time we were all proud , we have a Citibank in our City or in our Shopping center , Meryem was bank director and Boss, everything worked perfectly After Meryem came Nick so nice guy and very helpful But now , forget about it totally They don't have any idea what do they have to do, honestly very upset

I find it amazing that my wife cannot make a credit card payment with cash in branch. if you dont have a checking account here, they tell you to buy a money order from drug store !! now Im trying to call the mgr and no one answers... on top of that, we had to wait till 10 am when they open, and still not make a payment. CITI bank is a joke !!

This is a great financial institution to conduct both personal and business finances. I have banked here for over seven years and the staff is professional and treats you like family.

It is Citi Banks policy to flat out lie and to cheat its customers. I opened an account for $50,000.00 with a stated promotion that I would receive a $700.00 promotion after the account was open for 90 days. Well its going on 7 months now and Citi Bank refuses to pay the S700.00 promotion that they promised. Do not trust these people or this bank. I have a so called priority account which entails absolutely zero customer service. This is an awful bank you would be better going to any other bank than SHIITI Bank

THEY CLOSED EARLY TODAY & would not open the door for me BEFORE 2pm. I left to my car and saw the entire staff pile out at 2:01pm -- rather than remaining open until 2pm. After this branch was closed for months and limited hours because of Covid, I'm shocked they have such little concern for their customers.

This is the worst bank ever.If you go in to do anything except talk to a teller, it is at least an hour.I opened up a CD and was told I had to open up a checking account as well.I didn't need it but said okay.I had $150.00 in it and never used it and was not charged a service fee.Suddenly it all changed and they started charging me $30.00/month to manage a non existing account.I was unaware of it as I was only interested in the CD.They finally took all but $10.82 because I cancelled it today.No way to get back my money without opening up another account that would waive the fee.My CD comes due in June and I will close out the CD.They are not professional and don't even have enough personnel to take care of their customers.I don't want to give any stars at all but I guess they are making me give one.I have always said if you have nothing good to say, say nothing.This is the first bad review for me.I have had bad experiences but let them go.This is beyond anything.They deserve nothing.

Worst and last experience ever with this Citi Bank Home Loan person who also services the Calabasas Citi bank. Simple refinance took forever. Wife and I met notary to do signing approx 4 pm weekday , we had questions for loan person during signing but could not get ahold of him , so we did not complete signing. Loan person did return my call 3 hrs later that night , he was very upset we didn't sign I think his words Excuse Me If I am attending my Kids Soccer Game, he then continued to talk down to me as if I was an idiot for asking questions. Signing was rescheduled but not before he called me again prior to signing to talk down to me once again. We did sign loan documents due to low rate but never again with this guy nor will anyone that I know do business with him. Karma .

I have banked I. This branch and after many years of being with them I can say that they are with you and respect you and what not as long as you have big money if the amount drops you are nobody. I have thought many times to move my banking elsewhere where they treat me as a regular customer and I do not expect much just s friendly service however you will not get it if you are short of at least $100 grand. It is too bad I do t care about them anymore but I don't want to lose my history of 35 years checking account with them. Within past few years everyone has moved to other branches snd the people are just new college grad who work for minimum wage.

This bank seems to take a step backwards in time by treating people differently....by having a customer line and a non customer line...just like white people and black people......really Citibank pull your head out ....and making people wait in line till all the people who are customers are served!!! Wow and make people drive to cash a check so you don't have help non customers!! Gross!!

When i first started with Citibank in Agoura back in 2010 I was Citigold and the service was second to none. My personal banker mname was Vicky and she really aimed to please keeping me uptodate with the accounts that suited my situation best . I had several checking and saving accounts for personal ,business and trust. If i ever had a problem Vicky was there for me. I even have a safe deposit box that Vicky had assigned to me. real nice I keep my most prised possesions in there. She gave me 2 keys when i got the box and said if I lost one it would be a 20 dollar relacement fee. Fast forward 8 years I am injured not able to work at the moment i have been reduced to a citi priority no longer Citigold Vicky my super personal banker has retired. i need to get into my safe deposit box and the key is lost. i now am told it will cost 150ollas to have a locksmith come and drill the locks (ouch!!) said it could be done the next day. when i called to confirm they said it could not be done till monday when i originally went in on Wednesday. That they only use one locksmith. they would not let me talk with locksmith or tell who the company is just that I have to pay when it is convienjent for them to come out no rush or worries for them its guarteed business when ever mthey feel ready. I said that this is unacceptable can I please talk with the manager. She said manager is on vacation untill some time next week. I then asked for a number of someone that I could talk withthaat ould have the athority to help me. after being left on hold for quite some time she came back and saidthat the locksmith was at the Simi valley branch and that the manager from mover there was going to call me when they were done. I thanked her profusely and apologized for telling her that I felt she was being insensitive to my needs. about 20 minutes passed and the assistant manager from the Simi branch calls and says the same thing to bad it wont happen till monday. I then try pleading my case that I need the nmoney in there I was late on all my bills and had made promises to my creditors they would be paid by friday. She then told me it was illegal to keep money in the safedeposit box. I could not belive my ears. What is it for except to keep valubles safe?I asked her if this call was being recorded unfortunatly no. I then asked is it illegal for me to keep gold and silver and diamond jewlery in there not that it was any of her business. I also told her that when I opened the account Vicky told me it would be a 20 dollar lost key replacement cost not a wait a week 150 dollar drilling fee. She then said that I should have read the paperwork when I signed up for the box better. I could not believe my ears. my farther who who gave his life to citibank he worked there for 43 years before he died had to be turning in his grave if he could hear this conversation. I then gave up they obviously were not going to let me talk with anyone who could or woulbelieve it seemed ovious that she had her friend from the other branch call me instead of a manager as I requested. I am so dissapointed with the level of customer service from what I always thought was the greatest bank in the world
