I went to deposit a very large sum of money via ATM the evening before leaving for a business trip. Money I needed specifically for this trip. I wanted to make sure the money was in my account before leaving so I didn't have to stop prior to going to LAX. The ATM claims it can handle 150 bills. I deposited 70 $100 bills totalling $7000.00 (less than half of what the ATM can supposedly handle). The ATM malfunctioned and just took the money and never credited my account. After making a claim, they expect me to wait 10 business days for them to do an "investigation". Meanwhile I have a car payment with Chase Auto due on the 16th. So not only do they expect me to wait for the $7,000.00 they stole from me, they expect me to make a car payment... which isn't going to happen. That money could cover nearly two years worth of car payments. Don't bank here, or at ANY Chase for that matter. This is a worthless institution!

Decent bank for business. Been with them as a secondary bank for years. Right now I feel they are good. Not great.

Great Service opening up an account for my son. Took 20 min. Like clock work. Also after my mom passed away she had accounts in all the major banks so I was able to compare the service for all of them. Chase won my business as their service was by far the best.

Ruby and Resi refused to cash my STIMULUS check today because I do not and would not open a bank account with chase. Went to wellfargo where I DONT bank and they asked my why my check had been endorsed BY YOU PEOPLE and they didn't cash it!?? Asking me!!! like I'm supposed to know! I called your head office and they said you should have cashed it. I'm livid.

All of the bankers and tellers are sweethearts and do their best all of the time. That being said my mortgage was done so poorly and with so many headaches and mistakes that I can’t recommend that anyone go here One bad apple really can ruin a whole bunch

This review is Solely for the VP Branch Manager Resi Barbullushi. I wish I can give him 10 stars instead of 5. He is the most helpful, professional, knowledgeable individual I have met working for Chase. I had problems with restrictions on my account and he was there to help me with anything he can he scanned the documents needed and call the department to make sure my account was taken care off. Thank you thank you very much for your hard work Mr. Barbullushi.

Under the leadership of Marge And marcela and Brandon and the rest of the crew, besides being one of the best branches that I go to, they are one of the kindest people. They're so patient and kind with me, no matter how much hair from animal rescue I bring in the branch! They also help me with blankets for the shelter, cat treats for the cats that I take in, dog beds for our dog, apples for the donkeys! Not only that, they seem to remember the name of all the dogs that I bring in! This branch makes me feel as if I'm not only a client but a part of the community. I'm so grateful for everyone! Thanks for having a team that is not afraid to get involved with their community.

I was very mistreated by the branch manager i think.I went to the bank waited from 8:30 to 9:30 am to be seen by somone for an emergency and she would not allow me to get any help would not allow me to enter the building started to intimidate me and threatened me by telling her employee to call the police on me. She intended to scare me to make me leave because she did not want to help me. Im so baffled and disgusted i have called chase and made a formal complaint. I am disabled and was made fun of and embarrassed by her for no reason.

The banker's name is Salpi Yudgariam, She doesn't even know how to open a joint account. So for her, a joint account is just to put one person's name double. Then why do we need both names there ? Pls go back to training and don't bring inconvenience to ppl's life cause u don't even know how to do your job ! The worst ever !

I'm not sure what's with the rudeness and blatant disrespect in CA. My fiancé visited this bank after work to pull money out of her account. She provided a Drivers License, her Chase Sapphire Preferred Card, and 1 other credit card. She provided her home address and last 4 digits of her social security #. They did not allow her to withdrawal her own money after providing and verifying all of her information, because she "didn't have her chase debit card" with her at the moment. They called over two managers, and asked her why her license was different than the home address. They then proceeded to ask her to verify the company on her direct deposit, which she works minutes away managing some properties. Number 1, that's none of your concerns or business. Number 2, if you'd like an answer, it's because she moved to CA from across the country! What does that matter? They never know who they're dealing with. Me being a Chase Private Client, A Sapphire Preferred and Reserve Card Holder, with multi business accounts in the multi millions - Im in the music entertainment industry with a multi million dollar company, an active Real Estate Investor, and do a lot of business with banks.... how dare you treat her that way. I'd love for the branch manager to call me ASAP before I close every personal and credit card and account and move it all back to Wells Fargo.
