I went to the Park Royal location because the Granville location was out of stock in the Russo Wall frames. I had called a day prior to put two on hold. When i arrived i went to the front counter and the lady helping me appeared frustrated that i was going to take a look around the store before leaving. I found a cream woven basket with brown leather handles which i brought to the front and paid for. Before i was given the bill i noticed the basket was fraying and i asked for another one. The lady goes "they are all like that this is the best one". So i said i would return it because i didnt want something falling apart. She told me to wait and she would go and check. She brought out three more all with the same issue. I told her each time that i would like to return the item instead. Finally, after literally huffing and puffing in front of me she agrees to make the return. I want to highlight that there were only two other people shopping in the store.

I recently purchased a sofa from Urban Barn's Park Royal branch and experienced exceptional service from Saghar and Rana. Despite my error in elevator measurements, they patiently helped me find a suitable alternative and arranged a smooth exchange. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident as they facilitated the process. I also want to extend my gratitude to Urban Barn's customer service and delivery team for their efficiency and professionalism. Urban Barn exemplifies outstanding service, and I highly recommend them.

The team at Urban Barn went above and beyond to help me make some great decisions. From entering the store, I was welcomed and encouraged to share what I need to get the design perfect. The team members name that starts with an S was super! She helped me pick the right finish and style to complete my living room. Even pointing our lamps, cushions and art.
Delivery was so smooth and quick! Items arrived as expected.

“I am giving this review to the customer service team only, all the staff in Park Royal store have always been helpful”We had the worst furniture shopping experience ever. We were miss leaded by the store product set up and quality and bought our entire home furniture from them!We could have checked the reviews before our purchase. The Adley sectional we ordered was supposed to come with the firmest insert but it actually has the softest. The back cushions are shorter than the one we saw in the store and the inserts are very weird. They are very poor in quality and come in two parts that make an indent every single time we seat on the sofa, The quality of the cushion zippers are extremely low, we had been asked to find a tag so we unzipped the cushion to search and shockingly we were not able to zip it up anymore! The pictures show the product after a month!check all the creases!! I ended up developing neck and back pain after a few days and now doing physiotherapy for +10 sessions:( it’s been more than a month that I am contacting customer care and sending emails back and forth but the issue has not yet been resolved. The rep who is helping me keeps ignoring my emails and does not answer them all. She keeps changing her ideas on how the return process is. First they mentioned they can change the inserts free of charge! For a problem that was 100% caused by Urban Barn!Then she said they can refund us but with 15% restocking fee as apposed to 30%! We have never been told anything about 30% restocking fee and that does not exist at all!Then they mentioned we can skip the 15% fee if we get a store credit, but they can not guarantee if the new product we chose is going to be the same as the one in the store!! Which is rediculus!!!Lastly she mentioned they can only do a gift card as opposed to her previous emails where she mentioned we can have our refund.There’s no other way of communicating with the customer service other than this email and the staff at the stores mention they have no access to the customer care team! So this company easily ignores their clients by not providing any way to communicate through their stores! Which is a shame!We are now stuck, no response to our last emails. The sofa is that uncomfortable that we can’t even seat on it. My back and neck pain had not been any better despite of all physiotherapy sessions. I’ll give this company a 0 star if there was an option, as they ignore their customer who spent over $16k. I wil escalate this issue to an upper person and never ever buy anything from them and won’t refer them to anyone.
