I recently visited The Latest Scoop in Vancouver while on vacation from New York, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic, thanks to Hadis, the style advisor who helped me. Honestly, I didn’t plan to buy anything, but Hadis made the visit memorable. She was incredibly kind, energetic, and attentive, picking out several beautiful dresses and clothes for me to try. Her positive attitude and helpfulness made me feel comfortable and happy to shop. In the end, I left with some lovely sweaters and shoes that I love, and it’s all thanks to Hadis! She truly made my day, and I’ll always remember this as a beautiful part of my vacation. If you visit this store, I highly recommend asking for Hadis she does a great job and really knows how to make customers feel valued!

I had such a lovely experience shopping here! The ladies working here are so genuinely sweet and kind. ? I was looking for a pair of wide leg jeans and the lovely associate Pooja saw what I picked out, and gave me another wide leg style to try on. I ended up buying the one she recommended over the one I picked. It was just perfect! ? I also love how unpushy and genuinely kind Pooja was! It was a stark contrast to my shopping experience at Aritzia. Would definitely come back here over and over again. ??? Please tell Pooja I said hi! And thank you once again! ❤️❤️❤️

Regina was my personal shopper. I am someone who doesn't love shopping because I don't know where to start. Regina made it super easy for me, showing real interest in what I like, and making recommendations in a kind and gentle way. I really enjoyed my experience at the Latest Scoop. I had such a great shopping experience at The Latest Scoop today, thanks to Maryam.
I’m someone who typically finds shopping challenging because I’m tall, but Maryam made it so much easier.
She brought me a variety of suggestions and pulled the right sizes effortlessly. Her eye for style was spot on, and her warm, helpful attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. I truly appreciated her help and I loved the styles in store to choose from. Highly recommend!

As someone who rarely wears dresses, I needed to find one for a wedding and had a wonderful shopping experience here. I highly recommend this store for its stylish dresses and excellent customer service. Alura was very friendly and attentive, and I greatly appreciated her helpful advices on clothing and pairing options.

Very frustrated with sales associates ignoring my phone calls and closing earlier than posted hours. I am visiting from out of town and planned my day ensuring I had time to make a return at the store before I flew back home. I showed up almost 40min before close and the doors were locked and the sales associate ignored me even after I showed her the item I needed to return so she knew I wasn’t there to shop. I am incredibly frustrated and the other people expecting to stop in after me were also just as frustrated. As someone who works in sales and retail, I am not impressed.

Wish I had more time! I really enjoyed my visit into the shop today. I only had an hour in port and thought I would try to find a dress for an English garden wedding party. My style expert (I am sorry I did not get your name), did an excellent job pulling dresses per the description I was looking for as well as knowing my size and the shop even had high heels to try with the dress. If I had more time I definitely would have purchased a few items. Thanks for your help. Hope to shop with you again.
