My minor kid bought something without claim the pst return. I called this store to say I will come over to have it fixed. They refused directly on the phone. Is that the right thing to do?

Pretty decent sized store, has different sizes in the back. Good quantity and helpful employees. Cheaper than on the website. Recommend
