“Bought my first Stetson here. Was initially helped by Dan, answered a few questions, bought spontaneously. Did online research afterwards, hat was too big, touching ears. Went back about a few days later, Dave was in, gave me more insight and helped. Sized down and put some liner in. Dave was really patient with me, let me walk around the store, while I tryed on three different sizes of the Adelante. Really got to dial in my size with no pressure. He politely reminded me the store was closing after a few hours. Time flys in here. Exchange was no problem, he didn't even want to see the receipt. Good fellas in here, they care about customer satisfaction. I could never buy a good hat online. Go in and try em' on, you won't regret it.”

They were willing to look in the back for colours/sizes that weren’t in the floor, and call another location to help locate the exact items we were after. At no point were we rushed or made feel bad when they had to put back the numerous items that weren’t just right. I will definitely be back! (FYI: the Shauna and Kayana styles were my summer favourites!)”
