POOR QUALITY!!!
I bought the All Day Vest and within a year the collar is so discoloured that the vest is unwearable. I contacted customer service and they stated that this is the amount of wear and tear they would expect to see after a year of use. So if you want to spend too much money on cheap clothes meant to last a year this is the store for you.

Echoing the reviews of others for the atrocious customer service. This company clearly has contempt for its customers. Also received the wrong items, took weeks to get the refund. The way I see it, if you’re a company that charges a PREMIUM on its clothing, you’d better not be sloppy in any area of your business, and the clothes better be top notch. Kit & Ace is a fail on both counts.
And I gotta say, making every sale item final sale (even when the “sale” is a paltry 10-20% off) is a scam tactic for what’s essentially entirely an online business. They’re clothes, you gotta be able to try them on. 50% off or more? Fine.. 20% off, final sale? Scam.

Recently visited Kit to purchase another pair of the best commuter pants ever.
Everytime I visit this store, Filippo goes above and beyond. Helpful, knowledgeable, and deals keeping me coming back.
Overall, I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for top-notch commuter pants and excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning for future purchases.

I am more than put out. I buy many pieces from Kit and Ace, but the customer service has become atrocious. I recently ordered a pair of pants and tshirts, and received shorts instead. I was then told to return the shorts (driving significantly out of my way), and would be offered a refund only when the shorts were in the warehouse. keep in mind, these are products I did not order in the first place. I was then informed to reorder the products I had already purchased. I am dumbfounded….

The worst customer service. The pants they sold me ripped along a seam after less than a year of casual use. When I inquired about repairs they gave me the run around about no proof on my account. Did I sew the pants myself? Once I brought them in they agreed to take them to the tailors. After many phone calls (they don’t answer the phone) and a voicemail (they don’t reply to voicemails) and over a month’s time I finally found out that staff never took my pants in. When I discussed this with staff they gave me the run around again. I would recommend you don’t shop here. Go to one of the many other businesses in the area that support their product and treat customers with respect. Absolutely abysmal customer service and the seams tear.

I am a fan of travel and so many of the items I’ve purchased here have been fantastic traveling companions, especially considering I don’t check bags anymore. Quality materials, good fit, and I can now add exceptional customer service to the list! I had an issue with one of the shirts I ordered, which was promptly attended to by customer service, and a replacement provided, almost instantly. This is how you develop loyalty from your customer base, well done Kit and Ace.

Have been building my Kit and Ace collection over the years, known for their technical apparel. Items are expensive at regular price but there’s always sales. Best times to buy are late January (warehouse sale - additional 30% off sale items) and Black Friday.My favourite items are their sweaters. Pants are hit or miss. The t-shirts used to be great but quality has gone downhill. Recommend going in to try before you buy. They have more sizes in-store compared to online.Examples of deals:- Uplift Merino Sweater ($83.30) - have this sweater in three colours.- Mountain merino sweater ($97.30)- B.F.T./Good Feels Lounge Set ($69.30)
