Super friendly SAs who were patient with us even though we only arrived 15 minutes before they closed. (Basically ran all the way from their Robson location to get there before closing.)

Staff are very stylish especially an Asian guy who obviously spent sometime to style himself before work, unfortunately didn’t have a chance to get his name. He was also very helpful and friendly.

I’ve always received fantastic service at this location. Very engaging and helpful staff. The only negative is their inventory is very inconsistent - I went in a couple of times looking for specific pieces I had seen online and both times they weren’t available. It seems like there are some items that only make it to the Robson location but not here.

Totally fall in love with the clothes line, my style completely clean and minimalist and of of course the oversized clothing I fall in love with that, and the store is neat and clean the customer service is very good and they're employees are very helpful ??

this specific COS store has absolutely been one of my favourite stores to shop. Not only they carry good collections but also the staffs are super friendly and they provide outstanding services every time I visit. My recent visit was one of the unfortunate day (I hope) that I got very disappointed about one of the staffs who almost provided the wrong information. I am pretty regular on visiting this store and saw the specific colour-product I was looking for earlier a couple of weeks ago. By the time I asked if they carry in stock, the staff immediately said they have never carried the specific colour without even checking their own system which I knew that's not true. I really hope this is one time incident. Hope this feedback finds them helpful and may consider something to improve on.
