OLD OWNERS: Organized, friendly, and tidy.
NEW OWNERS: Disorganized, unfriendly, and messy.
After getting new owners, the place isn't the same. Vancouverites know this old story.
Whereas the old owner only used one side of the store for her laundomat orders and folding, the new owners use ALL sides of the store for storage and folding. This means there's hardly anywhere to fold clothes anymore. There are laundry bags strewn all over the floor, on the all surfaces, and so on. Hardly any room for coin customers now.
The young lady who sits at the front desk and chats with people on her phone rolls her eyes when you ask for change. Hardly engages with customers and acts like every interaction is an annoying distraction away from her Netflix and Facetime conversations. She reminded me to shut the door when I entered, but didn't say anything when my girlfriend came in right behind me and left the door open. I said, "I try to shut the door but it's not working" and before I've even finished talking the young lady is back chatting on FaceTime. Literally talking over top of me.
Then I was standing with my basket by the dryer, about to unload it, when she walked right in front of me, snatched the wheeled basket from in front of me and pushed it down the aisle for her self to use. So I had to go get another basket. What kind of awful passive aggressive service. I don't know what her problem is, if she doesn't like my look, but she's got a terrible attitude for customer service.
Meanwhile the male owner is on the phone asking a customer where they left their order inside the store, walking around, looking for this order, which has vanished into the piles of other orders laying all over the place, like somebody asking where they left the remote control for the tv.
A bunch of the washers and dryers aren't working anymore, so there's even less machines in this very small space. Take a look at the old photos and remember when the place was actually run well and there were spaces available.
The new owners are unprofessional, unfriendly, and disorganized. On top of that, it's more expensive then it used to be, so you get worse service and pay more for it. Obviously they indicated that I wasn't welcome, and that my money wasn't as good as everybody else's money, so that's fine. I won't be coming back.

This place is very nice and wonderful workers and i feel happy every time i see the lady owner because she is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend every one to come here.

Came into the laundromat.
Many washers and dryers are broken and not in use. It’s very unfair. I always come every week and I’m respectful to the employees. I will not be loyal anymore.
They also priorities themselves, not the costumer. Who cares about your laundry when they have their own? They prioritize online orders not in person costumers that comes in a long way carrying heavy bags. Please do NOT go here. This place isn’t as good as it was before. Sure it is affordable but I would rather spend my money elsewhere. I miss the old owners. I give these owner too many respect and chances.
Go to another laundry place like Joyce laundry or get fresh laundry. Again, do NOT come here. It’s not good anymore. Currently I’m at Get Fresh Laundry and it’s muchhh better service and people.

Terrible service and it's always dirty. It's a lie, the hours they close at 6 in the afternoon, not at 7, they should change it on the website. I went on two occasions and on both consecutive occasions they closed early and they almost kicked me out, because it's very bad service. They're not clear about the hours and if you arrive at 5 or 5:30 they get angry because they close at 6. Horrible! The previous owners were nicer.
I just want to say if you don't want to work, don't have a business, terrible, terrible service, no kindness, they kick you out at whatever time they want, very, very bad, change your schedule, don't play with people's time, what time do you close? At 7 you don't close, you close at 5:30 or 6.

This store is horrible i bring my dress pants for alteration and the guy told me it will be done after 3 days so after that i pick up my pants when i get home i check the way they do it is very unacceptable they dont even used a sewing machine to fold it they sew it by hand and its very ugly..

Very dishonest woman/owner in my opinion.I went here undercover posing as a dummy not knowing what I was doing when in fact I used to be in the industry. I bought two bags. One was a comforter the other was clothes.I was told to use the large load washer for the comforter. I unloaded the other bag of laundry into a regular washer. I asked if this was suitable. She said yes. I then noticed the washer wasn't really filling up with water, Despite selecting hot water only cold water was coming out but it was very little. I brought this to the attention of the owner and she claimed hot water came from the machine.I told her to feel the water coming out via the detergent dispenser and she said nothing when she felt it was cold. She also claimed there was no emergency open/shut off of the washer when I know there is. Later, she went a got some hot water and dumped it in the machine. Not saying a word to me.The regular load didn't have much water at all. In fact, there was almost zero water in the machine. And obviously, the clothes weren't washed. I asked politely if she would reimburse me the amount I paid for the defective machine and use the money toward the large machine.She started playing the blame game and wouldn't accept any responsibility. She refused to refund me.I again emphasized she gave me bad advice and the washer was defective. I repeated that I will use the money towards the other large washer. She again refused (like you see in the movies) with an attitude despite I being polite. All she had to do was to remove the coins from the defective machine and allow me to use it toward the other larger machine...easy peasy. But no.There are only two large washers, the rest are average sizes contrary to the fake positive review posted.(always take glowing reviews with a grain of salt).You have to add quite a bit of time to the dryers. Expect about an hour to dry a normal amount of clothes. Washers are $3.50 for regular size and $5.75 for the large washer. All the dryers heat well, but it's not too hot. Expect at least 60 minutes for an average load. The large dryer is $.25 for 3 minutes (quarters only). This works out to be around $5 or more if you have a comforter to dry.There is no social distancing, no paper towels. Masks are optional but suggested. The washroom was closed. Metered parking (strictly enforced) is available on the street or sketchy parking in the alley for 10 minutes in their one and only parking spot.I don't think she's Korean.I don't recommend coming here. She gives private mom and pop businesses a bad name plus she has terrible work and moral ethics. I suggest everyone avoid. Period.

I used to go to this place all the time. Now there was a new owner change and it just went down hill.Every time I come there are machine used for costumers who drop off clothings.They are more prioritized. Maybe I should do that. They also change the last load time even though they close 3 hours after last load. For the dry clean, they don’t properly call the costumers or write down the exact date it’ll be picked up. My friend was waiting for a long time and didn’t know when.

It is a small place, hallway is narrow but the worst thing is machines play pretty slow it does not wash the cloths as it should be.

Excellent service. I'm a newcomer in Vancouver, so it was my first time using a Coin washing machine. The lady patiently explained me how to use it. She provided me change each time I needed it. The place is a little bit small, but it's a nice and cheap laundry. I really recommend this site.

Destroyed my clothes in a wash today! Stains all over my clothes from the machine. Lady who works there was extremely rude and said it was my fault. Do yourself and your clothes a favour and don't go here! Really disappointed.
