So Disappointed with the customer service whether we entered the store if there’s two girls staff members in the store they’re not even says just Hi, to customers instead they were chitchat each other personal & laugh out loud in checking area wondering what type of service it is also don’t even appreciate or thanks for after been purchased, I think management should hired people who may care customer or knowledge of what’s customer service means & and well disciplined people 04/Apr/2024

We went to this store and there was 30% discount sign mentioned above the rack. When we went to pay the employee charged us the full price. So we took her to the rack and showed her that the sign says 30% off. She kept arguing saying there is no discount on this. We asked her then why did they put the sign. She called the manager and manager said no sale as well. Please train your staff well and do not mislead the customers. Never returning to this store again.

Worst customer service ever! I went there on boxing day, and saw a lady doing nothing but using her phone, and all the other team members were working really hard as I could see how busy it was. I asked a teammember that I wanted to see the store manager to ask for somestuff and I got to know that she is the one I feel sorry for her team members!

Very unprofessional staff, all staff girls we’re talking to each other during all the time. Very irresponsible behaviour and randomly answering questions before confirming with system and didn’t agree on their mistakes.Management should take a note of that!

One of my togo places to shop for tights and lowers. It's got great variety and an awesome staff. Carry a good collection of clothing with wide variety of colors and sizes. Definitely recommend it. Prices are also affordable.

My favourite place to go and do shopping ? specifically tops, dresses and jewelry. Customer service is excellent. Lots of new stuff and prices are very genuine. They use to have good deals. Just go and give your wardrobe a fancy and stylish look.
