The guy at front desk is always rude and arrogant. Needs to learn some manners to deal with people. His wife is always nice, but he always ruins the day.

I dropped clothes for laundry on 13th april. They charged me 21$ but they didn’t wash my clothes. They just folded them and put them back as it is.This place is garbage.

Worst experience. Guy who work at 4 pm on 23 march was so rude. He dont even know how to talk. He speak so rudely with customers. Zero star , i am not gonna come to this place again.

The korean guy who works here or probably is the owner not sure about that but he is hella rude. If i had an option to rate him below this i would probably choose this. He doesn’t even know how to talk to people, and his attitude is at parr.

Someone stole my dog and I asked the owner if I could leave a flyer on there bulletin board and he said No and then I asked again he said no I have to pay to leave it there no help at all And very rude I wouldn’t support a small business like this that isn’t considerate enough and won’t help someone find there dog and wants money for help to leave a flyer there.

Worse experience they don’t know how to treat customers even their dryers smells a lot like some false pet smell and the staff is very rude specially the middle age men.
