They shouldn't post their phone number for business if they won't answer the calls whatsoever. They even picked up their phone, put it on the side, wouldn't answer, and ignored it. Do you think customers are wasting your time? Sometimes they have to drive 1 hour for pick up. 2 mins are enough to give them, and they deserve it. Remember, your customers' time is precious too. Be respectful.

ive stopped liking this place... their food handling prctices are something to be desired... never wear food safety gloves when picking meat... just the same blue gloves for working then comes off the street from outside or doing some shop work then right to my chicken then same gloves to my steak... such laziness...sad. they were my go to but i find its normal and the manager / owner even made excuses saying they were just cutting meat... yeah then handing my poultry... time to go back to food safety

I went from the Kitsilano area in Vancouver, and I saw on Google that it was closed until 9pm, and when I arrived at exactly 8:38pm, it was closed. It would be good if you could update it. It's a shame I couldn't buy it.

This is what a butcher shop use to look like before big box stores replaced skilled butchers with low payed slicers. Amazing quality service and price. Very friendly Korean owners to boot. How can’t you love it. Na sa lang hy yo.

Meats with reasonable price and the staff are nice. The mature staff don't seem to be too friendly but they are responsive and helpful.

Horrible, refused to sell me half of a chuck roll. Didn't want to cut it in half even though they had none in the display case. All in the back not for sale I guess. Wasted my time coming from delta and will never return. They just lost a 17 year customer
