Pretty terrible.Bought microwave and trim kit.Trim kit was supposed to be in « in a week » and ended up being estimated 1 month later.Today, it’s delayed another month.In the meantime, sale was over and can’t buy it elsewhere.Wouldn’t do business again.

the delivery of our new LG oven was perfect! we were kept informed the day before delivery and in the hours leading up to the delivery! the guys removed our old oven and unpacked the new oven. all we had to do was remove the protective tape and plug it in. they were very friendly and happy to be delivering our oven!

Akash was very helpful and straight forward , he helped us with a Fridge for my Dad and this time we were looking for a dishwasher , although they didn't have it in stock he managed to procure us one for delivery in a couple of weeks.I would recommend him and the store for anyone looking for appliances and excellent customer service.Thank you Akash ?

This appliance store is awesome. I never used them before. I just came across them. They gave me a great price and kept me updated...step by step regarding my purchase. Then, they scheduled me for delivery quite fast and delivered within the time frame. Dropped off my new appliances and picked up the old ones. ***** Stars all the way. Great store. Highly recommend.

When a big box store cancelled our order for a LG Washer and Dryer set the day before delivery we had to go back to square one. In hind sight I should have started with CAS. I spent maybe 10 minutes chatting on line on their site and got the set we wanted at the same price and it was delivered the next morning at 8:00am. Keith and another gent were in and out having installed the new appliances and removed the old ones in about 20 minutes. This company is a five star company if ever there was one.

I received very good customer service from Savleen. She was very friendly and businesslike and helped me decide on my product. The only thing that I might have asked, is that nowhere on the documentation that I’ve viewed did it say anything about shipping costs not until I paid for the product and it showed shipping charges of close to $100 on my bill after I paid it. I wasn’t very happy about that.
