The front windows of my dental office in Sidney are east-facing and collect a lot of morning sunshine causing significant overheating in our patient lounge. Paula assessed the situation and quickly provided coverage with roller blinds that allow me to easily control that problem. We had just had a very unsatisfying experience with a large supplier of window coverings when Paula at Outlooks Design was referred to us. Thankfully, Paula was able to take on our project for the same quote as was provided by the much larger (but very poor service oriented) company. We are happy to say that Outlooks Design did a fabulous job of all our window coverings and has provided strong after sales product support to assist us with two minor manufacturing issues we encountered (not Outlooks issue at all). We are repeat customers. Outlooks owner does such beautiful work that you are going to want to just keep coming back until every room feels like it belongs in a magazine. Custom items we have had made are drapery, valances, bedding, cushions, upholstered storage bench made and re-styled dining room chairs and drapery from our previous home. Could not recommend more highly.
