** DIY Sauna ** Outstanding little private getaway!! Super cute, great value and very friendly host. ☺️ Please be sure to read directions though, so you don't disturb the host like I did. The sauna is a DIY expereience and everything is outlined in directions. The host kindly helpped us with a warm smile and without hesitation, but this was due to me not following directions. (Be sure to ready the details ? Everything you need is there! Thank you for the warm reception and nice time ?

DIY hot sauna vibes. We had the most relaxing and rejuvenating experience at the Salty Pear. It truly made us salty with how hot the sauna got. The cold shower in between sauna sessions and afterwards was refreshing. Felt super private which encourages a clothing optional experience. ? Highly recommend!!

Incredible cozy spot on Quw’utsun lands & waters. Very “Salt Spring”. Funky and amazing. Follow directions from the website & staff. Small fire & rocks on top in a wooden bubble. Could be more of these. ☺️?Bless / love. ??? ??️?? ? ?

Stayed at the Casita for 2 nights. Amazing experience. The tiny house is beautiful and clean with great attention to detail. The sauna and outdoor shower the perfect addition. The hosts are lovely humans and very quick to help answer any questions.

Sauna was so great such a nice refreshing experience and the hosts were awesome made it super easy to set up. It's a little mucky at the back so just bring some flip flops.

I had the best stay at Salty Pear.The hosts are amazing and helpful.The studio has a great feel. it has the clean and minimalistic vibe but at the same time it's rustic and cozy. Theres a lot of light coming to the studio through the windows and outside everything is green - felt great to wake up to that. And talking of sleeping, it's awesome to go to bed listening to the frogs and waking up listening to the birds.Sauna is amazing. Easy to use and powerful. There's also plenty of space between sauna and the studio, just grass and fruit-trees, which feels like your own piece of land. There's a fireplace on your patio and the shower never runs out of hot water.Location is also everything. It's close enough to the centre - a 10mins pleasant walk. But its secluded enough not to hear any cars or city noises and feel like you're somewhere in the countryside and on your own. You feel special, and spoiled with all that;)Thank you Salty Pear and Annika. We will definitely be back!
