Happily found 2 pairs of pants and a blouse. I was surprised no one approached me and offered to start a fitting room as I had quite a few items. The person checking me out did order me a top to be delivered to my house. I was pretty happy she was able to find my size.

I was in your store today and couldn’t believe the ladies working there, including the manager they were all very friendly, helpful, and truly interested in my needs. I must say what the heck!?I have never experienced such excellent service, other Retail stores need to take a trip down to your store and see what service is all about.These ladies really know what customers need, and most of all they listen to your needs.So thank you to the team at Reitmans store in Pitt Meadows, I will be returning and purchasing items from your store!

This was hands down the best shopping experience I've had since becoming a mother. I believe her name was Chantelle, she greeted me up arrival and she found all the items I was looking for that I had found on the website. She checked in as I was trying on clothes, and even helped keeping my baby happy while I was trying everything on. What is usually a stressful shopping experience, turned out to be the best. Thank you again. I will definitely be back!

No customer service at all and when you e mail customer service don't expect anything different. They are sure not in the business of selling their merchandise.

The customer service was non existent. I was not greeted upon entry, I was looking for jeans and and no one offered any help. The experience at the fitting rooms was no better. Had various different styles and sizes. I was let into the dressing rooms and left on my own. Not once did anyone check in or see if I needed help with sizing. I went in and out 3 times. I did finally find something and the only reason I actually stayed and bought anything was I had a gift card. If I didn't have the gift card I definately wouldn't have bothered.

Not once did an associate ask if I needed help finding anything. Didn't greet me when I entered the store. I had to get out of the associates way so she could pass me without saying saying excuse me, please. Horrible service. I was looking for a particular item. I left empty handed. Rude and disappointed.

Dropped into Reitmans yesterday, the first since they changed location. It was like a clothing clear house/jumble sale. The air condition was blasting, it was so cold, unfriendly, you couldn't move for rails of clothes. I walked out!

I truly wish I could give 0 stars or negative stars to this company and this location in particular.I have used Reitmans for decades and never had a problem in the past. Now, during a global pandemic they are rude, dismissive and their customer service at head office is utterly unhelpful. I will never use this company again. Buy from somewhere else fellow shoppers. Give yourself money and loyalty to a company that cares about their customers.

Customer service not good, at least the women I dealt with. 1st with covid and an empty store, she wouldn't return a small purchase on boxing day. Then I come in again 3 days later and for some reason the item code didn't match my receipt (not my fault as that's the receipt I was given), she wouldn't take it back, the whole 8.00. Unbelievable. Totally rude to me also.

Reitmans had always been a place to shop for decent everyday women's clothing at affordable prices.Recently, I found myself at this store for the first time in quite a while. When I exclaimed my shock at seeing their "regular" prices, the salesperson quickly said, "yes, but everything in the store is 40% off for today only...other than items already on clearance". It turned out that there were other exceptions to the 40% off. I didn't find this out until I was at the cash register and so much of what I had spent 2 hours choosing was ultimately not purchased.Although, I was disappointed in the fact that Reitman's prices are no longer proportional to the quality of their products (quality is equivalent to Walmart) the staff at this store were wonderful.

I had called this store to find out if they have a certain colour and size for a spring jacket that i really liked, I was giving the sales person the product code as well and without checking she assumed that she had the product on hand, I had driven all the way from Surrey to get this item. Apparently when I got there saw that they had put a different item on hold both colour and style was not right. I even said to the sales person that I was giving you the product code, she said oh I am sorry I made a mistake. Her mistake cost me my time and money driving all the way there....
