Cannot recommend this store enough. I went over there in December to get a new mattress having put it off for about 2 years - honestly because there are so many mattresses and such varying prices that I didn't know where to start.Salima helped me on the day, the store was quiet which was nice. I spent the gust of an hour rolling about on different matressess and eventually landed on one as per Salimas recommendation. I was hesitant to go for a a soft mattress as our current one was firm. She recommended it based on our sleeping positions.Sleeping like a baby since - cannot recommend the whole experience enough.Delivery was smooth and the delivery guys were very friendly and efficient. Aftercare customer service from Salima was top notch chacking in to make sure we were happy with the mattress as they have a 60 day comfort return.Couldn't recommend enough.Also got the most amazing pillow there - I am not a big pillow person but this one just fits so snuggly in between the shoulder and neck - beyond comfy.Thank you very much!

I had a wonderful experience with sleep shop! First time shopping for a new mattress for myself and went to a few places but Sleep Shop was easy to work with, reasonable with pricing and super friendly non-pressure sales situation. They also helped with delivery. Thank you! I love my new mattress and it feels great shopping and supporting a local business. Clearly they’re doing something right because they’ve been in business for decades! Thanks again

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I was on a quest to find the perfect bed at a fair price. I went to 7 stores in 1 week (Casper, Mr Mattress, Sleep Country, Sleep Mart, Simmons Sleep Gallery, and the Brick). I worked with Salima and Zeinab at Sleep Shop and they were incredible. The knowledge of mattresses, low pressure sales and just overall helpfulness made a very difficult process much easier. I walked out buying not just one, but two beds! Highly recommend!

Just bought a mattress from here, had a very positive and professional experience. Zeinab is wonderful and really gave us space and time to try out a variety of mattresses and answered our questions as well as calling her colleague to check in on further information to help us make a considered decision. Zeinab creates a relaxed and professional space and we did not feel pushed or pressured to make a purchase. Highly recommend this store and looking forward to the delivery of the mattress. First time in that store. Need a new mattress but thickness has changed a lot ... Very useful, knowledge and nice young woman. I didn't know if I could get the measurements I needed without changing the whole bed. She made great suggestions and I will likely buy it there. Canadian made: what a bonus. Merci Sleep Shop ?
