I had a wonderful experience at the North Vancouver store last week. I arrived in town for a 7-day work trip but the bag I had checked on my flight did not arrive with me (nightmare scenario). Thank goodness I found this store. Big thanks to Mimi, who was awesome, helped me find what I needed, and made a stressful situation more manageable. Love your store and wish you had a location near me in the US :-)

I've shopped at several locations and regardless the staff are always friendly and helpful. The clothes are well made from quality fabrics, with flattering drape and fit. The Blue Sky Guy boxers are the bomb.

I will be honest and this is about the experience I had online shopping with Blue Sky. I have been told three times now that something that was listed for sale was out of stock. Each time was either about or well over a week after my order was placed and the items in questions were always still up on the website for sale despite my being told they were out of stock. I even got told on this last time that because their canceling of an item they will not charge me for shipping as compensation for Blue Sky canceling the order. That is both condescending and should never have been in question. The last two times it wasn't even for a clearance item either. I do love the clothes but these very avoidable problems that they seem to have no desire to ever correct are incredibly frustrating. I even pointed it out and the item they canceled is still up for sale like there is stock even though they said they would change the website. I don't know why they work orders so slowly and refuse to use an inventory system that tracks sales. Also despite supposedly getting my order together it still hasn't shipped ten days later from ordering.

I got a pair of the Daya Pant and the material is so comfy but looks very professional. I have already had a ton of compliments and I love the fact that they are made with natural fibers :)

The outside is deceiving, I originally thought this store would only have clothes for older clientele but I was pleasantly surprised once I did some digging! I love that they’re fair trade and use beautiful fabrics like bamboo and linen. The outlet just down the street also has phenomenal deals and it’s totally worth the hunt.Can’t give full stars because the fitting rooms don’t have mirrors inside and the curtain that pulls across is super flimsy and a bit see through. Not good for privacy.

Blue Sky makes clothes that are stylish yet comfy, fit my shape, and all in beautiful colours. I feel GOOD when I try on clothes here! Usually shop in Vancouver (Commercial) where service is friendly yet not intrusive. Today I had the good fortune to go to the Balfour shop (Kooteney Bay ferry), and found the selection amazing - there’s a lot to choose from at this tiny, well designed place. What’s more, the service was gracious and generous! Blue Sky sets a high standard for both clothing and shopping experience.

My wife and I went to Blue Sky Clothing, for the first time, and went to both North Shore locations... (they are about three-quarters of a block apart.)The stores have an extensive array of (primarily) women's clothing, in a variety of styles, sized from XS to 4X.The staff were extremely helpful, and positively-supportive.The focus of these stores is to produce an assortment of natural fibre products, that are environmentally less-impactful, produced by batik artists, cutters and sewers, who are treated with respect, and selling those products in body-positive stores.My wife has been looking for a store that has great products, and treats customers of all sizes with respect, and dignity.Blue Sky Clothing Company checks all those boxes, and we will definitely be going back, and also checking out their online store!
