I changed my review and went from a happy customer to a very non satisfied one. I bought a few pants from this store and non of them are standard. They all bigger than their sizes. If it says size 25 it’s actually size 30. I changed them a few times with that very rude manager but still am not satisfied. I came home and notices one of the pants is ripped and I have to drive all the way there again to change it. And the Asian manager is so rude she gives you the very bad eye if you wanna changed something but she is very nice when you buy something. I am very disappointed.

I have to throw my son’s Christmas present because they refuse to change the size. Bad management reallyChange the size and ask extra 15-20 dollars!

Brenda, the store's manager, as well as her Spanish lady at the front desk are absolutely the greatest pleasure to deal with.Brenda is a professional manager who acknowledged my 27 year of commitment to Guess brand thus overlooking my mistake on the store's exchange policy! As a result, I spent another $600 today; as usual !

I bought pants that i worn exactly 2 times and they ripped while i was out with my friends. Terrible fabric. They refused to return or give credit back. Very disappointed as i bought alot of my cloth because i like the style but now i hate the quality

Always there is smell of sweating at the store. Its better for staff to use deodorant and body splash.
