The worker seemed great at the beginning and offered to start a fitting room for my mom. We were told to use the middle fitting room when we were ready, and found a couple more things. Right before we went to the fitting room, another person asked for a room and the worker removed our items without saying anything. We went to use the room and it was full, the worker was then unavailable for a few minutes while we had to wait for a room to be free. I don’t see why a room would be offered and prepared when she then took our items out for someone else, without saying anything. Sizing is also horrible.

I lovvveeee this store but I bought a $70 dress, I’ve only worn it maybe 5 times and never washed it in the machine and all of the stitching is coming out even after getting it fixed:(

Came in for an online pickup…. I was greeted right away by the friendly associate. There was some confusion with my order, but the staff member was pleasant and accommodating as we sorted out the 2 mix ups and I left happy!

Not only does Little Mountain Co. have some of the best in-style products they also provide EXCELLENT customer service! I bought a shacket from the Willowbrook, Langley location in January. Fastforward through the year and the shacket had bad pilling and lost 2 buttons. I reached out to them through instagram explainging my frusteration with the shacket and how I was dissapointed. With same day response they set me up to drop off my shacket and replaced it at no cost for me... you really dont see that kind of amazing customer service anymore so I can honestly say I am extremly impressed and VERY happy! Not only did I exchange my old shacket, I bought another new shacket. 100% Guarantee this company!! Thank you!
