In store is ok but always out of stock and online they are a complete joke. Terrible service, rude reps, and a nightmare to do business with. It's definitely another business that will disappear soon.

I shopped here today with my family. Eric helped us with our shopping and check out. He was absolutely fantastic to deal with. It’s rare these days to get service like that. I would recommend this store to anyone just based on the service provided by him. 5 stars for sure

I absolutely love West 49. Not only are their clothes really nice , they are really good quality at a decent price and the staff is amazing. Every single time I go in there to shop for my children or for myself , it is clean and tidy and the staff is very personable. Sales change once a week so I like to always check it out see what they've got. They have things for youth as well not just adults. I will continue to shop at West 49 as frequently as possible.

not one single person asked me if I needed anything even after standing in the back by the skate board counter for 15 mins before I gave up to go shop else where. I know it may be your first job kids but act even a little bit like you work there would be nice.

I was surprised when I went in there and staff told me they only had a youth section and then a unisex section. No "Men's" and "Woman's" section, it's just all combined and I'm not quite sure I like that because I like a tighter fitting shirt, whereas their shirts are all loose fit, like a regular mens shirt.
