I always believe when purchasing things like this that it truly is about the full customer experience that makes it feel exciting. We had to wait for the ring to be ordered in the right size so the whole experience took about 6 weeks and it was pleasant from beginning until the end. I also noticed that her co-workers were very helpful in helping her along the process by just preparing documents without her asking.
