He did so well with the sound bar, I bought several other products.
Well I've had it now a little over a month, love it.
Ill be coming in to see Will for my next need.

I shopped in Visions downtown kamloops for a small item but my experience was excellent. I was helped by Paige and she handed down some very interesting and positive things about the policies and prices. I learned alot about the products they carry and about the deals that come with them. Super nice lady with alot of knowledge and so pleasant to talk to. I know I will shop at Visions for any electronics I purchase in the future. Thank you Paige. My experience was great.

Highly recommend visiting this store. Very exceptional staff. We were let in early and delt with the assistant manager and he was great. Will definitely go back and make another purchase at this store.

Needed to replace my TV, after talking with Steve Routley about my system. We found one that fit my needs, I got it home and opened the box to find it had a factory defect with the screen. Call them back and they said bring it back, Steve exchanged the tv on the spot and we opened the replacement and plugged it in to make sure the screen was not damaged. Got it home and it works perfectly.

I have shopped at Visions for many years and have always had great service. I have bought a new TV, Car Audio, Computer Monitors, Cell phones etc, and not once have I and any issues with the products or understanding their warranties. They take the time to answer your questions without making you feel rushed. Steve runs a great store with amazing staff!!
