The buying experience in store was great. Service was too notch, no complaints. The set up in my home was also really good and efficient. My only issue with the entire experience was the delivery was over two hours past the three hour window I was given. I fully understand that unforseen circumstances can arise however when this happens, communication is important and that didn't happen. I could not get any answers on the chat system online or on the phone to the store. I should have received a call when it was apparent that my delivery and set up was going to be late but I had to initiate the communication when it was already close to an hour past the delivery window and at that time was given no clear answers as to when the delivery and set up would be made. Product looks great though.
