Avoid this company in general. They sent the wrong shoes, acknowledged that they sent the wrong shoes, and then refused to send the correct ones. Scumbags.

I went to Quarks today looking for a perfect walking shoe and found a few styles to try on. I was helped by Kartik, the manager of the store. There were several other customers at the time and he seemed to have the time to attend to everyone with friendliness and efficiency. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He also offered considerable information about the shoes making me feel very comfortable about my purchase. I went in for 1 pair but happily bought 2! Thank you, Kartik!

Excellent customer service! I purchased Blundstones earlier this summer and needed to exchange them for a larger size. Unfortunately I missed the return/exchange timeframe because the boots were stuck at my house during wildfire evacuation. The assistant manager (Ayush) was very kind and understanding, and ultimately I was able to exchange the boots with no issues. I’m very grateful I could get the proper size, instead of being stuck with expensive boots that are too small! Thank you so much!

Had a wonderful experience here! I have been searching high and low for good quality shoes to wear in Europe. I had help from Kartik and he was an absolute gem! Not only did he help me find *the* pair. He helped me find 3!! Now I can actually go and walk for hours, be comfortable and have cute shoes that goes with summer dresses that aren't runners!Highly recommend snooping around here! I ended up with the Reiker brand! ?

Phoned store for the winter bluestone girl said they had them she was very friendly and helpful.. guy kept trying to take over and ring in sale I was a bit annoyed. I started sale with girl I wanted to end sale with her... just a reminder to store. Give this girl a thank you from me very good employee ? I'll be back again.

I bought a pair of shoes for my mom's birthday and messed up the sizing. The warranty period was over by a day but the manager was super helpful and listened to my concerns and helped me get them exchanged. Amazing service by him and the shoes made my mom's birthday!!! <3

Needed some Blundstones for work. While in a different nearby shop, the overworked staff trying to hold down the till and assist every customer wasn't able to answer any of my questions about the differences between styles and insisted they were the same, and ended up bringing me one to try on - turned out the difference was it was a dress shoe. Again, not her fault, should have been 3-4 people in there.So I went down to Quark's. I bought Blundstones here before but in hindsight, I thought they had overcharged me. I'll explain why I was wrong in a bit!The young associate at Quark's was SO helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to tell me the difference between shoes that looked similar, what the different soles meant, and make suggestions for what I needed. When I was trying on a pair, I asked why they didn't come with sheepskin insoles anymore? She let me know that the ones I came in wearing were thermal/winter Blundstones, and those come with extra sheepskin insoles and are slightly more expensive, have a blue tag, etc... The ones out right now are lighter, summer boots.So many questions answered in such a short amount of time. I didn't even know there was a difference, or that they were more expensive! Mystery. Solved.The best part is she went in the back and found my size in the winter, waterproof boot and brought it out for me. It was perfect, and exactly what I needed. Shoes like this are a huge investment that can last 10+ years if treated properly and I greatly appreciated her attention to detail, knowledge, patience, and genuine care that I got the right shoes. I only wish I got her name, she deserves a raise:)
