Six stars, if I was able to do so - what a superb store. Took my mom for winter boots and shoes, and it was simply a great time. Sitting in a history-rich, multi-generational store being served by a knowledgeable and friendly staff that took the time and treated mom like a queen. She loved it, and so did I. They've just earned all my business going forward. Thank you Zusa, you were absolutely tremendous. You guys rock!

Kennell’s is my go to store for work boots. Jessica and the team are friendly, knowledgeable, and are always able to get me set up with a good pair of boots.Highly recommend checking them out!

Great Boots, Great Service: Danner Modern Firefighter Station BootMy department buys Haix Fire Fighting boots and I find the Haix station boots are too narrow for my feet and the soles are too hard for our cold winters up North. A few other people in our department found the Danner Modern Fire Fighter Boots and highly recommended them. When I saw that a Canadian Company actually carried these boots I knew I had to order them. The shipping was so fast, Kennell’s Shoes service is excellent, and just from trying them on, the quality and comfort of the boot is very obvious. They have a very reasonable return policy, but I know I won’t need to return these boots. I look forward to having these boots for years to come, and have to highly recommend Kennell’s shoes for their service!Thanks!

My husband and I popped in to Kennel Shoes this morning as I was looking for a new pair of ankle boots. The service was fantastic and I left the store with a very nice pair of KEEN hikers as well as some Rieker ankle boots. I really love the welcoming feel of a smaller, local shop. I highly recommend this store for quality footwear and great service.

A couple of months ago my 15 year old son and I had a wonderful experience at Kennell’s Shoe Store. I was looking for a nice pair of shoes for myself as well as my 15 year old son wanted to show me a pair of shoes he had his eye on. He was just turning 15 and is a super sharp dresser. He had been in Kennell’s a few weeks earlier trying on Italian Leather shoes. He had his eye on one particular pair.When we went in together, I was quickly helped and as soon as I explained what I was looking for, before I knew it the lovely sales lady had the perfect pair of shoes on my feet, exactly what I was looking for. Julien was looking at the shoes he wished for and the sales lady remembered him from when he had been in the couple of weeks earlier. She knew exactly which shoes he had wanted. They were perfect. I felt my son was treated so special and both sales ladies were so kind and excited for him to be having a birthday soon as well as complimenting on what a wonderful young man he is. As we were leaving, I asked to have the shoes tucked away so I could come back and purchase them for his birthday. I went back a few day later to pick them up and again received amazing service. I would highly recommend Kennell’s Shoe Store to anyone looking for both a wonderful shoe shopping experience as well as purchasing high quality shoes for a really great price????????❤️???? ???? ????????????

Happy with my purchase here. The salespeople genuinely want you to find a great pair of shoes, and the quality of the footwear at Kennell's is superior to anywhere else in town. I felt the prices were reasonable for the quality you pay for, and the selection is fantastic.

Good selection, friendly and helpful staff, fair prices, I'd say their work boots are in the same price range as mark's. I'd recommend them for casual foot wear and work and non work boots for sure
