On August 23rd, 2024, I came to your studio to get my tragus pierced. Two weeks later, I returned with swollen ears and a severe headache. When I spoke to the front desk staff, they conveyed my concerns to one of your piercers but only suggested I go to the hospital for a check-up. I simply wanted my piercing checked or possibly replaced, but instead, I was encouraged to seek external medical attention while being offered a discount—a highly insensitive approach.
For a procedure that wouldn’t take no more than five minutes to perform, it was more disappointing not to receive any follow-up care or even a simple inspection. I left feeling unheard and frustrated, especially after I removed the earring myself once I got home. For a service that cost over $300, I expected at least an aftercare kit, yet none was provided. When I asked about it after my piercing, I was told to purchase one separately.
Additionally, over two months without any outreach to check on my recovery, I feel compelled to share my feedback. While I acknowledge your professionalism and cleanliness during the procedure, the lack of customer care and aftercare has been incredibly disappointing. I didn't receive the value for my money, nor the proper support I expected after such an investment. I believe it's crucial for your brand to be aware of these shortcomings. Thank you.

I had an awesome experience with Instinct Adornment for piercing. Ken and Theo were very professional and made me feel at ease through the whole process. Ken was super helpful with tips for during the piercing and after care. I would highly recommend these guys ?

I am giving 2 stars because one of the staff members tried really hard to be kind and give us a great experience. However this is the 2nd time we have left the shop with crooked ear piercings. All of my children have had their ears pierced here and 2 out of 3 of the kids now have crooked piercings. So disappointing!

They helped me with my nostrils piercing. Super sweet and talented people that made my day fr; From guiding me trough the different types of jewelry to helping me with my piercings and being super professional and friendly.

Excellent establishment. Every artist is friendly and knowledgeable. Treated the piercing processes as minor surgeries with absolute attention to detail. Blown away by how professional and enjoyable it was from start to finish. Thanks Shanda and Apprentice!

Had the best experience bringing my son here, he was excited but nervous and everyone there took the time to explain the process and be patient and extremely thorough with sterilization etc. Couldn't have asked for better service and attention to detail! Would highly recommend to anyone!

I had to get my nose piercing changed to an MRI friendly one. The staff were so knowledgeable and friendly! They had my piercing changed over in less than 15 minutes and I was on my way! I 100% recommend this business! ♥️

10 out of 10 experience from beginning to end. I was greeted by Bailey who was lovely, friendly, well versed in the process and well spoken. Ken was my piercer who was knowledgeable, confident in his skills, thorough and ensured I was safe and comfortable during the entire process. I was impressed with the sanitizing process they use, there is a test strip you are shown in order to prove your jewelry is ready for you. Bailey also gave me clear instructions on aftercare which was appreciated. I will be returning for my jewelry downsizing as their selection is top tier. I will be recommending Instinct Adornment to everyone in my life. Truly a treat to witness a well ran shop like this. Also, you get a complimentary juice box pre-poke :)

Friendly and professional service, with a great selection of jewellery. Its a very clean place with all the relevant certificates on the wall and proof of jewellery sterilisation.

Our 7 year old granddaughter had her ears pierced there today. We had such an amazing experience. From Bailey explaining after care, to Shanda and Theo doing the piercings. Shanda and everyone were kind and gentle, explaining every step slowly to our grand daughter. So great that the only tears were shed were by her mother who was overwhelmed by the positive experience.

Absolutely amazing! The staff were extremely friendly and explained everything about aftercare very well. They were very precise with measurements, and made sure my peircing looked perfect! Would 100% recommend.
