Fifth Avenue has been so amazing for us. We have purchased multiple items now, and have had nothing but positive experiences. The customer service is excellent and you will feel the sincerity and warmth you would hope for in any family ran business. We will definitely shop with them again!

Years before my grandmother passed, she gave me a ring she purchased for herself. I took the ring in to get it sized, and these guys told me all of the claws on the 7 diamonds 'needed to be done because they were nearly falling out'. "You are lucky you brought it in when you did", they mentioned. Over $300 later - it CRACKED in the middle where they sized it! It came back shiny but it cracked a few months later and SNAGS ON EVERYTHING. Significantly worse than when I brought it in. Catching on new smooth organic cotton sheets NOT just knitted items. I am extremely disappointed. Hopefully I can find another jeweler in town to fix their errors.My inlaws spent 100k on a ring purchased here last year. Will be telling them and others my experience so they take their future business elsewhere.

The selection of rings and jewelry here is amazing. I found my engagement ring here and it was perfect everything i wanted. I never stepped foot in a store till recently and im hooked. I cant wait to come back for my level completion as a gift to myself.

My wife and I were interested in a new diamond for her engagement ring to celebrate our 10th anniversary, and our experience could not have been better. Lisa was extremely helpful with suggestions, and always replied to our emails quickly. We decided to get a custom setting and the goldsmith Kevin exceeded our expectations. The existing band has a lot of fine detail and we didn't think a new setting could match exactly, but Kevin made it work! We could not be happier with their work and would strongly recommend their services to anyone!

I’ve just had my wedding ring resized as after giving up work my hands have shrunk!! So pleased with the result, in fact it’s better than when I first brought it ( from another Kamloops jeweller). Friendly helpful customer service. They acknowledge your existance upon entry and let you know when they are busy. Great selection of items. Picked up a Canadian sourced diamond and ruby for a good price. Watch repairs with a smile! They are knowledgeable and you can tell they have years of experience. I have taken all my jewelry repairs here over many years and received top quality workmanship. Easy access, lots of parking.
