This should not be an encouragement for seeking a free service; I just want to highlight the kindness at Danielle's. Went for an adjustment to watch links after an unsatisfactory service at another watch place. The gentleman, a genuine person, did it quickly and didn't accept a charge for the service.

Within 2 minutes of walking in, I was warmly greeted and my watch battery was changed. Another place quoted me $55 to send it away to get the battery changed but here I was charged $5.00.
To the gentleman that helped me, thank you and I will "buy that head of lettuce."

This place is amazing. The customer service is exceptional, with very good prices and a vast selection to choose from. The owners are the loveliest couple ever. Whenever I go to buy jewelry—and believe me, I go a lot—they make sure I make the best decision. They treat you like a close friend, and I always leave with the perfect choice. I love you guys!

Was in a rush to get a necklace fixed and a bracelet polished. Danielle's was extremely fast (way faster then I hoped for) and very fairly priced. In the future there's zero doubt I will come back for any purchases/fixes! Very genuinely nice people.

I was pleasantly surprised with the selection and variety of jewelry! Something for every budget.
I went in to get a ring I haven’t worn in over a year resized. Turns out the dozer I chose was the same size as the ring ? They could have taken my money and “sized” the ring. Instead I was shown how to get my ring off if needed. Thank you. ?

Very good service. One of the jewelers sized my wrist and adjusted my expanding watch band right away. Friendly and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes.

A diamond in SaHali Mall!This little gem is tucked away in SaHali Mall and has been a staple in our Kamloops community for over 30 years.Home of the $5 watch battery!It's your go to place for fixing broken chains and getting watches resized for cheap!But don't overlook the beautiful jewelry at best prices they have on display!Don't get your jewelry sent away!Pop into Danielle's instead and get it back straight away!Fantastic service!

I've gone to Danielle's for a few things now, ring sizing, fixing broken necklace chains and clasps, watch batteries, they always do a quality job, great price point compared to other jewelers I've been to, they get everything done in a timely manner, I've only ever had to wait a couple days for jewelry repairs or sizing (other jewelers ive waited up to 3-4weeks for a ring sizing). Always a good quality experience, my favorite jeweler in kamloops out of the few I've tried.

Had some work done and the soldering was okayish but they scratched the heck out of my pendant, overall pretty sloppy work and pretty overpriced for the craftsmanship provided. When I went to pick up the piece I was death glared till I paid and only got a brief moment to look at the work before paying. Maybe letting the customer look at the product before having them pay could result in better quality work.
