I won't lie great deal on tires. However trying to arrange for a set of tires to get installed on a loose set of rims was a nightmare. I work a 7-5 job so I ask if I can drop the tires off on the weekend and the auto centre said " Yes, you can" so I said great. Called again on Sunday to make sure it was still okay to drop them off 3 days early for my appointment on Wednesday. They said "yup I'll make the tags up right now" I had my girlfriend drop them off and once she walked in they sent here away and said "nope we can't hold them"
I called them and had a very disorganized man answer the phone and he had no idea what to do or say as I said "she drove down from sunpeaks. 1hr drive one way and they sent here away.
Management won't reimburse us for the time and fuel spent for a special trip to town to drop tires off.
Place is a joke.
Can't waste their time but they can waste our time. Seems unfair

Waste of gas to drive here. Spending 50$ in gas to drive here and home 3 times with no success. Try to get propane many times and they say they are to busy.. they move very slow, they don't care. You wait over an hour with only 2 people in line for them to say sorry we can't today. What kind of business is this. One of the worst Canadian tires I've been to in Canada.

The only reason they get a star is the price of their propane but it is an absolute joke getting a tank of propane filled here. I either have to wait in a long line at the Auto Centre just to be told they are too busy to fill the tank (I showed up at noon and asked if I could come back but nope, no one is free to fill it for the whole day) or if you're lucky, the one guy who knows how to fill propane will make you wait 20 minutes before doing it. The same guy who usually goes home before 4PM too, so unless you magically get here on a weekday before 3PM, you're taking your chances getting propane. Canadian Tire needs to find better people to work these jobs as the employees are unhelpful, don't care and move at the speed of glaciers.

When you literally have an employee basically imply heavily you are less than welcome & that you WILL BE WATCHED for shoplifting it's rather hurtful & just shows how the public hates those less fortunate

As usual, it is very hard to find anyone to help. We did find one thing we were after, but the other we couldn't find. Went elsewhere where there are clerks available to help.

Very poor selection compared to other Canadian tires. They don't re stock shelves. I asked for a product that the app said was in stock. They said it was in the back of the store waiting to be stocked and couldn't be brought down for me to purchase. They said to come back around 2 pm. I came back and still nothing. I came back a week later and the product still wasn't stocked. Shelves are empty. I asked for the product again and was told the same story. What a waste of my time. This place needs new management or workers. I am disappointed in this Canadian tire. They are usually alot better at other ones I have been to.
