These guys were so helpful today when I drove in with a dead flat tire. Not only did they try and find someone to come in with an air compressor and some kind gentleman drove home to get one but the lady behind the counter took my horse blankets so the barn owner could swing by and pick them up for my horses as I wouldnt be able to get there. What a great community coming together. Thank you so much.

The quality & flavor of the food here is so legendary I plan my travels to the Okanagan around making a stop here at Twin Lakes. In the age of generic, pre-prepared low quality gas station food, this place excels beyond the usual. The hot pie pockets, epic. The sandwiches, filling & delicious. The staff, always friendly and welcoming.I wish all fuel stations delivered this level of excellence.

Do yourself a favour and stop here :) they have great homemade food for on the go. And it's nice to support a place out of town. There are extra lanes on both sides of the highway so it's easy and safe to turn in here, no matter which direction you're headed.

Great service, friendly. Good ice cream. Convenient for the locals. They keep their gas prices equal to in town prices so are not gauging patrons with their roadside location

I live down the road from the store I have a medical mask exception and was almost refused service because of it I had to persuade them to let me buy a mask that I don't legally need to ware at extra cost and they insist that they will be ticketed if they serve me. They are absolutely wrong and they know it. They cannot be ticketed or shut down for serving someone who cannot medically ware a mask they discriminate at this establishment. I hope they remember who buys there gas and products in the dead of winter with no tourists around I certertinly will be spending alot less money at this place...very sad indeed this is supposed to be canada

Was shopping for a friend who is visually challenged and she wanted some tartlets. Friday is ‘Pie Day’ so I stopped to get some on the way to Penticton (From Keremeos) as I knew there wouldn’t be any later. The baker told me there was a limit of 6 per family. I totally understood and when I explained why I’d asked for double, he was very gracious and allowed it. My friend was very happy to get the first fresh batch. Just wanted to say thank you from my friend and me. I don’t drive so I use Community Services drivers for shopping once a month. Nicely done.
