I had an awesome experience here. The store associate was so kind and helpful! Ive always had a terrible time shopping for clothes and always leave sad and unhappy with nothing. But my experience this day was awesome and ledt with a lot of items for my new job! Wish I knew her name. But she was awesome!

I love this store and buy most of my clothes here. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the petite selection is great. My only complaint is that Reitman's no longer sells "ultra-petite" pants. (Does anyone realize how difficult it is to shorten anything containing spandex? Clothes without spandex are almost non-existent these days.) I emailed Head Office about this and never received a response, but this is no reflection on the in-store staff. This continues to be my favourite store.

I was in yesterday, April 23rd and as I walked in the two woman standing at the till were chatting on about their lives, they stopped just to say hi but never even looked over to me. I was the only customer in the store and they never asked me if I needed help or even actually acknowledged me. They just kept talking loudly about their lives the whole time I was there. Awful, rude customer service.
