This is the worst place to do your laundry. Dirty machines as clothes have residue left on them. Today before before 6pm one of the 4 woman that works there tells me they close at 6pm when the website says 7pm. On another occasion 3 months ago the same woman told me I couldn't wash my clothes because they closed at 6:30pm I was there 5:45pm when the website says 7pm what time is this business even open?! All I needed was to wash not dry. Guess she wants to leave early or they don't need the business. Update your hours online? This is irritating and inconvenient. You lost a customer

They overcharged me and did not reply to me. I sent in a complaint and they did not address the issue or give me a reund.

This place is under a new management. I would not recommend this laundromat to anyone They only care about the money! My clothes were not properly washed or folded as you can see in the picture below and the amount of money I got charged is insane $208 to what I was told to paid. if I knew that’s how much they’re going to charge me I would have never dropped off my clothes at this place. The only reason I came to this Place because I had a very good experience with the old management But this new management is something else they don’t know what they are doing. Theonly care about the money BE AWARE risking losing items and your clothes will come out smelling, shrink and dirty stay away from this place go somewhere else if you have to otherwise at your own risk.

Great staff, clean location is a little small but I had no problems maneuvering my way around. Huge washers and dryers hold 3 washers in 1 and the staff are not awkward, they speak to me like I'm a human. Even helping my dog

It is small and some of the machines are damaged so it can take a while to do your laundry. However, they have excellent service, willing to help you if you need it. The prices are reasonable.

Only 2 or 3 working machines, 8 or 9 machines have signs saying "NOT WORKING"Has been the same for the last 6 months, no point wasting your time going here -- literally only two washing machines workNot sure how this place stays open, visiting several times in the last 6 months (I live right beside it)Go to Edmonds Laundry or King Coin Laundry

FYI this place is under new management so if you’re looking for that one of a kind ghetto experience this is the place for you. 4 out of 10 washers are out of service, 3 out of 10 dryers are out of service and there’s are broken down washer in the folding area. Don’t waste your time on money on this one!

I dropped off my king size bedding and when I return to pick up he closed early, business hours are 9:30am-6pm but he had a hand written note that said went home 3:30pm. Very unprofessional. Makes up his own hours. I came back next day at 9:30am and still closed. How am I supposed to figure out when to pick up if his hours are dependent on when he wants to work?

Sometimes opens too late or closes early. But owner/manager is very nice and helpful.
