When I was there stuff never got fixed. Had water coming from upstairs to my tub. They never got the people that were playing music until 5 in the morning to stop. They never fixed stuff.

Nice, decent apartments, come furnished with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Laminate flooring. Basic white walls. Bedrooms are average. Living and kitchen areas are small. Playground on site. Management will address issues but takes forever. Black mold gets covered up by paint. Mice are a problem for some. These are income based.

Apartments nice, states they don't check your credit score but when they finish the application you'll receive a letter in the mail stating you didn't get the apartment because of your credit score

I used to live at the imperial homes until there was a fire downstairs From that day on me and my neighbors were treated unfairly .One of my neighbors had to go to the emergency department, because of her asthma. My neighbors across from me moved ,because their children could not take the smoke and suit smell from the fire ,that happened below them, because the landlord Miss Tawanda refuse to get the apartment fumigated. I complain to management about me and my son having nose bleeds and headaches ,coughing up our lungs and them turning on and off my gas.so one day out of anger. I called her a b**** because she is a slumlord. She could of got the apartment fumigated or moved us into another apartment or to a hotel until they fixed the abandoned burnt apartment and handled the situation differently, but she was so big headed.she kicked me out of my apartment because I called her what she is. All we asked her was to move to another apartment or a hotel until they finished cleaning out the burnt apartment below us. Since I have lived there I have had my apartment shot in a couple of times ,no beef of mine. It is just a bad area to live in and my neighbors got robbed across from me .you can hear shooting every other night, and you're scared to come outside, because of so many gang members looking at your bags or making you feel uncomfortable with comments. There are 12 inspections a year and the maintenance people watch you and go into your apartment waiting for you to leave. I just hope God will judge Miss Tawanda Martin on Judgement Day for mistreating children for not taking things to heart . she is taking things to the head and speaking to people anytype of way.but. is she still N***** to me. I would not move there ,because after they got everything remodeled the projects is still behind them and everything is going downhill fast they not fixing nothing after that. And she will show you no respect,once you sign the paper to the she devil.
