Receiving lady was nice and friendly.
Parking available on North side of building.
Room for backing and maneuvering.
Arrived at 09:20 for a 10:00 appointment. Given a door immediately but did not start unloading for a while. Once started, I was empty pretty quickly. Done and out by 11:30.

Good place to pickup from. Open lot and plenty of space to park and back.

We all know they are trash here. Say they go by appointment time, but yet you still sitting. People to busy in office talking and joking with other workers to get trucks in and out. Staff taking a lot of smoke breaks. Don't come here unless you have a free day. Don't care about your time running.

5/23/24 The only reason for the 3 stars is because I was informed by the clerk it's gonna be a long wait time due to short staff. His words was alot trucks and very few workers

Arrived on time for my appointment, unloaded in 2 hours, checking is next to door 38. They share a parking lot with another business so make sure you're checking in at the right door.

Worse experience I’ve had trucking so far first of all I got there early and there was snow on the ground that was not the problem. When I woke up the snow melted and my truck was now on black ice and I was stuck so I called my company Prime inc. road assist called the wrecker to come pull me no less then 5 inches over just enough to get my tires rolling and he was there 9 minutes I counted. 606.00 bill smh b&b wrecker if I’m not mistaken. I felt like the company should have to pay because they were not prepared for the conditions and do to that factor I came out of pocket and I also waited two days to get unloaded smh !!! I will go not back in the winter time again and so many trucks got stuck also so that company got paid that day .

Arrived at 1330 for a 1430 appointment, was put in a door, waited, waited, go to check and see how long at 1700 and the office is closed and everyone is gone.

I went to pick up a load of turkeys with 11.00 O'clock appt. I checked in at 9.50 I got out the at 1500 hrs, very slow this time. If they don't have time to load at the appointment time. At least they should say keep the reefer off until like 30 minutes before they start loading.???
