Been with this bank for over 5 years. I moved states and still banked with them. I’m now looking into other options. This bank has gone WAY down hill since the new management, customer service is seriously lacking. No matter if I’m in the wrong or not there is a way to speak to customers, and they don’t seem to understand this. It is possible to say no in a respectful way! Allie should find employment where she doesn’t have to interact with people, she’d probably be a lot happier!

I live 7 miles away and it would Have been quicker for me to drive over to ask my question. I spent over 8 minutes on hold and then didn't even reach the branch I was calling. Was told I could hold and they would connect me. So another almost 3 min.

Banking with Centennial has been a remarkably pleasant experience! They have the most convenient hours of any bank I've used (drive-through open til 7 on weeknights and also on Saturday morning!) and the staff here has always been extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. In the 2+ years I have used Centennial, I have never had a negative experience with them. I truly cannot say enough nice things about the staff and overall experience at the Vilonia branch. Likewise for the Cabot Pine Street branch, which I also frequently use.
